He was very thorough in his assessment, even confirming with his manager, Ernesto, to make sure there were no other issues. The next day, Kevin returned to repair the damaged section of the pipe and restore our landscaping as close to normal as possible. Hi, Our clay pipe for our sewage feed to the septic tank that had roots growing into the joints causing backup. I had RootorSolutions scope the line and confirmed the roots. Decided to go with the trenchless pipe replacement to avoid damage to our landscaping. The project took 2 days. The two holes required for the pipe replacement we filled in and the landscaping looks great. Trenchless pipe replacement is not cheap, but RooterSolutions executed the project flawlessly and with minmal impact to us (no use of plumbing for 2 hours). They also added a clean-out at the house, which was unexpected but made a lot of sense. I would use RooterSolutions again. I noticed there are multiple reviews in Yelp for various locations. We are in the Santa Cruz mountains in the San Francisico Bay area. I didn't really get any photos, took some of the holes but they were filled in and you can't tell that anywork was done. read more
