I received 3 estimates for installing whole house water softener, from the initial consultation, I was impressed with the professionalism from both Umed and Sabor. I thought they were just sales guys, but they were the ones doing the work as well. You can tell a lot from their working truck, it was nice and clean. Their estimate was in the middle of the bid and was reasonable. We paid extra for a 3 year warranty option installation, there were some issues after installation with a defective water softener, they came the next day to flush and clear up our pipes, then ordered and replaced with a new unit the following week. It was a very pleasant experience from beginning to end. Time will tell if they are good on their warranty or not, but I have no reason to believe otherwise from all their level of professionalism. This was one of the best plumbing/handyman experiences I've had after years of hiring people through Yelp and other platforms. Our toilet had been leaking for a while without us realizing it, and by the time we noticed, the four bolts securing it to the floor were badly rusted. Before contacting this company, I had already tried two other contractors. The first one gave me a quote, but once he saw the rusted bolts, he decided not to continue the job. The second contractor didn't even remove the toilet before telling me he wouldn't take it on. After the second contractor turned me down that morning, I contacted this company. They arrived within about two hours, which I really appreciated. The technician ended up spending around three and a half hours working on it and solved everything in one visit. The rusted bolts were difficult to remove, and at one point he even brought in a second person to help. Despite all the extra time and work, the final cost was still lower than what the first contractor had quoted just to replace the wax ring. The whole process was surprisingly smooth and stress-free. I had a leak in the toilet. I had multiple plumbers come by and provide me with an estimate. Peak Home Service scheduled a technician to come within an hour on a Sunday. They even accommodated my request to delay the visit by an hour. Their technician, Sabur came right on time. He looked at the leak and provided an estimate which was very reasonable and better/comparable to every other estimate I got so far. He also mentioned a one year warranty on the work and had a replacement valve with him. I signed the contract and he replaced the angle stop valve in less than 30 mins.
