We are purchasing our first home and during our inspection, the inspector said there may be issues with the sewer system. He told us that on a Sunday morning... So we frantically were calling plumbers to see who was available on a Sunday afternoon to come and inspect their lines with a camera. We called a bunch of places but nobody answered. That's all we got a hold of Rooter guys. I spoke with Joe and he told me he could make it out within an hour or two. I met with Joe and Jeff. These two are very professional and quickly got to work with their camera and snake. Within 20 minutes they found out exactly what was wrong with the drain. There was a massive root that somehow penetrated the ABS pipe. They try to snake it but only got it partially cleared. This is great news for our negotiation to purchase the house. Without it, we would have never known there was a problem. So after we close the home. I'm definitely going to have them come back and fix the problem. Joe and Jeff, you two are amazing and very comical as well. They make you feel like family rather than just a customer and that's very important. They didn't try to up-sell me anything and told me exactly what was wrong and how they would fix it. Just had the shower stop draining. Checked on Yelp for a plumber as our usual plumber was not available. Saw the excellent reviews for Rooter Guy, and called them. I spoke with Joe - explained the problem and he said he would be out about 1 PM. Then about 30 minutes later, Mike called and said he finished early and could come now. I said let's do it! So, he arrived in about 15 minutes, assessed the problem, and in 15 minutes we were flowing again. He was very neat and personable. He came with a mask and gloves and we kept our 6' distance. The price was very fair - and I gave him a nice tip for doing a great job - and for risking his health to be out and about!!!
