This is one of them! Although I'm not vegan, this is how I *treat myself*, and if I could have Chefs Pete and Stefano cooking for me daily, I would gladly give up meat. They're in the midst of a biweekly summer series, and I highly recommend buying a ticket! Five courses, plus an amuse bouche and palate cleanser - you won't leave hungry, and every dish will wow you. Anyone who can get watermelons to have the texture of sashimi and hearts of palm to taste like HONEST TO GOD crab cakes deserves all the stars in my book.

But it had a lot of those vegetable wraps and everything else... So if a friend takes you here and you aren't into the "Super Green Food" concept, don't be scared, they have real food too...
