Service was quick and attentive, and our server knew the menu well to quickly fire off his recommendations. Food came out hot and fast, all five dishes within a couple minutes of each other. Portions are great, especially the curries. At Thai places, I'm used to seeing small bowls of curry. This is an upgrade. Even the prices are reasonable. Had a peanut allergy in our group (maybe Thai wasn't the best choice), and they were so accomodating. Safe to say that no one died. All the dishes were delicious, but some stand outs were the Panang Curry and the Basil Fried Rice. The Panang Curry had a subtle, yet distinct lemongrass flavor, which was creamy, savory, sweet, and hearty. Perfect for a cold day. The Fried Rice is perfect with fried pork as the protein. Imagine chicharrones with fried rice, sounds good right? As a tip, only get the fried pork with non-liquid/saucy dishes so that it doesn't get soggy. Spice levels were manageable. We got dishes ranging from mild to medium, and I appreciate that there's an obvious difference. Next time, we may adventure up to spicy. The outdoor seating is just a few tables and chairs and the indoor seating definitely looks a bit cuter and more decorated but we were starving and happy to take the first table available. Service was super kind and even though we were the only party seated outdoors we never felt forgotten and our water stayed filled throughout the dinner. We got the Pok Pok Phu papaya salad which comes with little marinated crabs and was nice and refreshing and a just a hint of spice, the Tom yum rice which was my favorite and a standout dish - super flavorful, fragrant and generous amounts of seafood, the green curry with chicken which was a comforting classic, and the southern pad thai which was also solid and tasty. Everything was flavorful, generous in portion size and very enjoyable - we did ask for mild spice and would probably go for medium next time since I did want to enjoy some more heat with the dishes! Overall I can see why Must be Thai is a popular favorite for Thai food and I'll definitely be back more often :)
