The menu may be small, but every item is thoughtfully done and excellent -- quality over quantity. The atmosphere is welcoming, the customer service is outstanding, and the drinks are solid. Consistency keeps us coming back. It's a small spot, so either make reservations or come early to snag a table. Highly recommend if you're in downtown Riverside!

We decided to stay at the bar and just have drinks and appetizers. Tacos, dumplings and cauliflower. Everything was sensational. (Cauliflower was the best of the best) Daniel explained the set up, 3 (or 4) areas that are versatile and classy. I enjoyed the dance area behind us but, was not leaving my seat at the bar. Lol Definitely going back. Can't wait to see what the Dealer makes next time.

My fiancé and I were seated right at the middle of the bar upon opening, and our bartender named Chris (?) was extremely welcoming with a sense of humor. He gave us an ample of amount of time to review the menus. We first got an IPA and the Love me Knot. For food, we ordered some Cajun fries and the party wings with red chimichurri sauce. The wings were fantastic! The fries were very crunchy, and I wish they were a tad bit softer. For our next round of drinks, we got the Old Fashioned and the Bee's Knees. The drinks were right on par. We left after a few hours and found ourselves quite satisfied. It was a fun experience and the monthly change of words above the liquor wall is always a conversation starter. My wife loves the cheese cake blueberry one. In fact today leah (forgive me if I spelt your name wrong) made one from scratch after I had said my wife loves them. I'm not even a big doughnut person and I can say they are really good. Better than any run of the mill yum yums or krispy kreme. There aren't many mom & pop stores like this in riverside and it's great to see places like this opening and staying in business like this for over 6 years now. I personally love their coffee! My go to is a caramel macchiato. My wife has worked in countless coffee shops & even she thinks it's great. The espresso they use is amazing. The place is really clean and has a very chic atmosphere.
