Oh my gosh!! I didn't want to wait to write this review. Manny is such a awesome person and helped us out so quickly! We had a exhaust pipe on the roof that lost its cover and we originally wanted to go with this roofer that our realtor suggested. It was a 3 week ordeal trying to get a straight answer and scheduling with that guy! I gave up with the realtors suggestion and went on yelp. THANK GOD FOR MANNY @Roofing Repairs OC!! I submitted a quote request here on yelp and within the hour I heard from Manny. Such a friendly knowledgeable guy! And boy did he take care of us quickly! Within one day he was able to get us (and install) a new cover for the exposed exhaust pipe on the roof! If we ever have any more roofing issues, I know we will be giving Manny a call. He definitely cares about his work and customers. THANK YOU ever so much Manny for your prompt help with our roof situation! Wishing you continued success with your business and we will definitely call on you for any future needs! read more

Recently had another leak and an ongoing problem with rain coming in through bathroom soffit into the tub. Manny the owner scheduled an appointment for the next day. I felt his estimate was quite fair. He began work the following week. He used a torch down procedure on the flat roof and after investigating found the soffit leak to be the result of a poorly replaced facia board which was done by a handyman years ago. He augmented the area behind the facia with new boards, wrapped in paper then replaced, sealed and repainted the facia board. Manny knows his stuff, trust him, he is not out to screw you over, doesn't send someone in a fancy car to give you an estimate and doesn't kiss your ass. He is honest and straightforward which in my book is all I want read more

I'm happy to report that my semi-DIY home improvement project is finished now thanks to Manny. I called him yesterday on a Friday afternoon and he was able to come first thing the following morning. I needed an 8" roof vent installed on a tile roof but was missing parts. Home Depot didn't have what I needed so he called up a specialty supply shop and found the parts I needed. He then left to get those parts while his associate started the work. They completed the work without a hitch before lunch time. They were careful not to damage the surrounding tiles and even took a leaf blower to clear off the debris on the roof. I'm very pleased with the results. They painted the vent to blend in with the terra cotta style. I'm glad Manny did the job on such short notice. His 28 years of experience saved me from an impossible DIY project. He was honest about the work I needed done and charged me a reasonable fee for doing it the right way. I'm confident there will be no leaks but I'll edit if anything happens after the next rain storm. For now I'd definitely recommend Manny for his promptness, friendliness and professional work! read more

Manny knows his stuff, trust him, he is not out to screw you over, does not send someone in a fancy truck to give you an estimate. AKA -a middleman you pay for to drive around. He is honest and straightforward. He came out to fix two flat spots on my roof. He did a great job. He also replaced some exterior wood around the house from termite damage. He painted primer on all the wood. He offered to paint the new wood the house color, but I told him I was going to have the house painted. I would highly recommend him for all exterior work you might need. read more

Had a tile slide off and hit and broke another tile on the way down, called and spoke to Dean, the owner on a Tuesday, He came out the same day and looked at the problem, told me what needed to be done, had the new tiles the next day and put the new tiles on Friday afternoon. Price was very reasonable, efficient and timely. Definitely would recommend. read more

We are so happy with the work done by Roofing Repair OC. We had rotted and termite damaged roof beams and fascia boards. They cut off the damaged beam ends, sanded the wood smooth, primed the raw wood to prevent repeat damage, and applied newly primed and painted fascia board. Some decorative beams needed to be removed and the remaining holes were closed and stuccoed. Everything was done in a professional and efficient manner. Our home now looks at least 20 years younger! read more

Manuel did a great job on my mothers rental property. He fixed termite damaged areas on the roof. He was reasonably priced and fixed it expeditiously. I will use him in the future for any other roof repairs. I highly recommend him. read more

Manny is professional, communicates well, and did a fantastic job on our roof repair. After we had another company try and fail to fix our flat roof leak TWICE, he did an excellent job and fixed the problem the first time. We highly recommend him! read more

Manny did a fantastic job for us in Irvine at a very short notice. He is very professional and great communicator. He finished the job very quickly just in time before the next rain. I'd definitely use him again and highly recommend him. read more

Had a great experience with roofing repair OC. Manny was the first company in 2.5 weeks to actually go look at a minor leak at a rental property that I help my mother in law manage. He offered to come the same day I called him which was great. Ended up repairing the leak the same day. Only reason for 4 stars is truthfully I wasn't told exactly what he was repairing, how long it would take and the parts needed and felt that it was a little expensive (probably because of the lack of explanation). I was just so appreciative of how quick he was able to take care of it because I had 4 other companies either tell me they were too busy or just flat out didn't respond since it was during the rainy weeks here in Irvine. Would use again! read more

Manny and his crew are awesome! I refer all my clients to him. He is affordable and quick. Exactly what you need when you are a Realtor

Buyer Beware. This guy has a massive attitude, which is never good in business. He came to my house as promised. Rang my doorbell 3 times, then banged on it and then rang again 3 times. I was upstairs, trying to get down the stairs without breaking my head. Literally, 1 minute later, I opened the door and he was already walking back to his truck. I said excuse me, he said he thought no one was home. My car was on the driveway and I had to confirm with him 2x that he would show up. He tried to tell me he has to reschedule. I obviously sent him off. Rude and nasty!!! read more

Had Manny come out towards the end of 2020 to repair a handful of broken roof tiles. He responded timely and showed up when he said he would. He pointed out a few areas where the previous roof installer (~7-10 year old roof) didn't lay the underlayment out correctly and after following up on the research and looking at a roof replacement of a home nearby, the info he shared with me was correct. Manny knows his stuff. He's in my phone for any future roof repairs. read more

We called 6 companies for quotes, some never even called back and 1 was a no show. Manny was on time and provided a reasonable quote for our roof leak. I called Manny at 9 Am and he came out at 10Am and went up on our roof. Removed some tiles and took pictures to show me the tar paper was all damage and needed to be replaced a 10 foot by 20 area and 10 Tiles broken and seal one area. The price was Really Fair for what he did. Manny and two others got up on the Roof and Repair it the same Day. And That is the TRUTH, Manny will be my friend and his family forever now,,, it is a Family run business. This is a 5Star company you can Trust. Ken read more

Manny was great! Answered my call quickly on a Saturday afternoon. Set time for 9-10am for next morning and he showed up at 9:30. No worries wondering if he would show! Problem ended up a plumbing issue but he helped me locate it after he inspected the roof where I thought the leak was coming from. I will definitely call him again if I need roof repair. read more

Manny made an appointment with me and never showed up. No call no nothing. How unprofessional. I would hate to see his unprofessional roofing repairs. I would not call roofing repair again. Wish I could give him a zero star rating. read more

Called Manny as a tile fell off the corner of the roof and shattered with another one loose. I was a tad hesitant at some of the negative reviews, but he answered when I called, asked me to send a pic so they didn't have to make two tips, and voila - called me back and said they would be here the next day. They showed up as expected with the correct tiles and fixed it. Problem solved. I appreciate how fast he was able to take care of it. read more

Manny is a great roofer! Always respectful, on time and top quality work.

We called Manny to come check out our roof. He was very prompt and helpful! Great prices and very knowledgeable!!

Manny runs an excellent roofing repair business. He is personable, fairly priced, and holds a wealth of knowledge about the unique tile roofs of Orange County, including the tar and gravel roof, which he repaired for me. Manny's helper, Eugenio, does impeccable work. No shotty rush-job here... quality materials, careful application, resulting in durable smooth surfaces, free of air gaps. Also, I was having rodent problems in the attic, and Manny carefully scanned the roof to find entry points that were missed previously, after which Eugenio filled with cement. Very highly recommended. read more

Had contacted Manny for estimate for some issues with water leaking under eave by chimney. He came out promptly and provided a fair estimate. The work was completed the following week once he could get supplies and schedule the job. Very happy with time it took, and they cleaned up after they were done. Would certainly recommend Manny for any roofing issues. They also warranty their work for a year, added plus. read more

Roofers are the worst contractors to get to return your calls and commit to doing your work in a reasonable amount of time. Manny is the exception! I needed a roofer to replace a couple of fascia boards after discovering one warped and one with some termite damage. After calling several 5 star Yelp rated roofers, Manny was the only one to return my call right away , actually come , go up on the roof and do a personal estimate and agree to do the job the next week. The others either couldn't commit to find the time to do my "small" job or quoted a rediculas price over the phone or without going on the roof to investigate the problem. Manny did a great job at a fair price. I completely recommend him for your roofing repair! read more

Manny totally flaked out on us. I called about a leak in our metal roof (mentioning that the roof was metal) and we made an appointment 2 weeks out. Appointment came, no Manny. I called and he apologized, promising to come later that day. No Manny. He called the next day saying "Oh sorry, I forgot I don't work on metal roofs." So now we've burned 2 weeks waiting and need to find another roofer. Lovely. read more

We needed some new fascia on one side of our house. Manny and his team did a great job. We would not hesitate to call him again.

So rude. We told him how to access our roof safely to minimize him breaking our roof tiles and he didn't want to listen to us. He doesn't care how many tiles he breaks because he can just try to charge us more later. Shady. He kept answering the phone when I was trying to speak to him. I would never recommend him and don't hire him read more

We had a pretty bad leak with a lot of wood damage. Finally, we decided it's time to get a repair done (especially because we have a child coming in a little over a month) and I reached out for a few bids. Not only was Manuel the most reasonably priced, he was honest and so sweet to my dogs! As soon as I confirmed with him he started the very next week and it was done in a few days! The roof looks amazing, if I ever need anything done again I know who I would go to for my roof! read more
