Ordered a few items from them online. I figured, due to Covid, that items could be back ordered, and that's okay. It has come to the point where I just need a refund. Ordered online on 9/25/2020, item got back ordered to 10/28/2020. I asked for an update on 10/30/2020. I get an email saying it's pushed back to 11/11/2020. I email 11/20/2020 for an update. I get an email saying it's pushed back to middle of December. I would have been fine if: 1. They would update me without me having to ask. 2. They didn't charge me until they send out my order. 3. New bike and on a bike trip - living large until I realized most H-D service is booked at least two days in advance. They worked it in, were easy to work with, and no follow-up issues. I have used ronnie's harley microfische for proper parts identification for years and have always been happy they even have it accessable to the public. I decided to order parts online on behalf of a small town shop I work for. Our local harley dealership only makes an order once a week and we regulalry wait 10 to 15 days before parts arrive. I found the part son ronnies web site and they were listed as available. I placed the order and put in my credit card info and submitted the order. I called several days later to follow up on my order and the guy on the phone informed me they do not sell to shops. I asked why they had not communicated this to me. he rudly stated it was listed on their web site. He also told me that he had emailed us a notification. I thuroughly checked all of our emails and our spam folder to find zero communications from anyone at Ronnies. Not only did they waste a bunch of our time, they lied about basic communication. Even if this is Harley's policy they should have properly communicated that part. read more

Fun place, not our first time there but we were in the area and of course had to stop by. We found some clothing and many of the items were on sale. I found a vest I had been looking for and was excited it was there, so we bought it. As I was wearing it later that evening, I found a pocket full of bandaids and .50 cents in one of the pockets. Obviously worn and returned. Was a little disappointed about that, but washed it and went on with my life. We have a bike and were not in the market to purchase one. read more

In the past I have had a good experience with Ronnies service Dept with my first HD. I went to another brand of MC. I have now gone back to HD that I bought at Ronnies with a very good buying experience. The biggest reason is price. The second is the staff very friendly and do all they can to help you in your buying experience. Lastly the service Dept they do all they can to accommodate you service needs. read more

I am very impressed with the follow up and resolution to a minor issue of which I'm not even sure Ronnie's caused. My last shipment went to my old address - maybe I missed it in the ordering process; I'm not sure. It was only about $15 worth of parts so I wasn't too distressed even though I needed the parts. I got a follow up email from Ronnie's asking if I was satisfied with the service whereupon I explained about the shipping issue. The next day I got an email from Wendy at Ronnie's apologizing for the problem and requesting my current address so that they could re-ship. Went to Ronnie's to buy my '07 Sportster today. Brian, my salesmen was great, knowledgeable and happy to help. They had a really cool poker run game that gives you the chance to win a bunch of great prizes (if you're lucky with your draws) and introduces you to the whole team. My bank was giving me a hard time using my card for such a big purchase, But, Sue, the business manager, was awesome, helpful, and very patient. Everything worked out quickly with her help, and I was ready to register my new bike. I was introduced to everyone in the dealership and was greeted with smiles, handshakes, and great attitudes. No one tried to up-sell me or pressure me into something I didn't want. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Ronnie's, and I am happy I found my way there.
