Peter was pleasant and professional, showing me all the ins and outs on a 2009 Vespa 150lx. He let me jump on it, move it off the center stand, and then later slide it back on, all the while explaining shortcuts to help me. Never once did he act like he was in a hurry or he was condescending. I was very impressed he never pressured me but took the time to explain various things and never seemed to give thought that I was a lone, older woman, looking at a scooter by myself. My cycle driving class results will determine if I will buy a Vespa but rest assured, Peter got my vote of confidence, and I won't hesitate to return to Vespa Schenectady at the end of October to see what used stock he has. I sat in that waiting room for SEVEN (7) hours. I'm a regular customer and personally like the staff there, but seven hours?! Lesson learned- drop the bike off and secure a ride for any service in the future. I'll mention that they offer an excellent winter storage facility at a reasonable price that includes a spring oil change.

The fairing was loose, the seat was falling off, it hadn't been inspected for 2 years, did a full tune up and fluid change, and new tires and back breaks. They even detailed it. When I picked it up Erica at the desk was super polite and the owner John came out to go over the bike with Dave the tech. I was elated. What service . When I pulled out on the road and opened her up she felt like a brand new bike. My mind was blown. I highly recommend this place. Thank you all. Charlie was great and Scott was extremely polite and very knowledgeable. I bought the 2025 Honda 1100 automatic with touring hard bags and fairing. Honda's paint and technolgy is first class. My wife purchased the Honda 125 DAX. Charlie had inventory on site and gave us great prices on both bikes. When I got to the counter, they said they couldn't take my bike because they had a technician out and they had too much work for that day. That's funny because they don't take appointments... This company USED to be good to its customers, it's why I started going there some years ago. It seems that philosophy has disappeared. Wouldn't recommend take a bike there for service or buying one from them. They have lost the trust of this customer...
