    I love my new car however make sure to shop around. Also the way they show the numbers is very misleading as they put "amount financed" rather than cost of the car. I'd absolutely avoid this dealership. Hyundai Beaverton has better deals and more transparency. Same exact vehicle 5k cheaper. Pretty much charged MSRP for an outgoing car and made it seem like I was getting a deal. Devon mentioned the original color + interior combo I was inquiring about "doesn't exist" (that was a lie) - IT DOES and is available at Beaverton Hyundai. When I asked why the price from other dealership had large discount Devon claimed that's for all these discounts like recent college grad, military discount, etc (that was a lie). Basically saying stuff I wouldn't be able to receive. But there are offering a discount because it's an outgoing model... Also Devon mentioned the reason why the color combo I ended up getting (green/black interior) was more expensive is because if the demand for it (that was a lie) Wild to turn off a customer that would had gotten serviced here and brought in car for anything going forward based on 4/5k upfront. Last time I step foot in this dealership. I'd highly suggest you do as well if you value transparency and value. Update check photo: they gave me 1.5k more on my trade-in (low-ball at 4.5k initially) but this should suffice on the lack of transparency and high price of the vehicle?     I worked with Liana & she was amazing. She helped us understand the ins and outs of the car. Didn't pressure us, it was just a fun experience buying with her. I'd recommend working with her. 10/10 & I will buy my next car with her for sure!

The finance team was smooth and straightforward, making the process way less stressful than expected. And two weeks later, I even got a follow-up from both the service team and finance team just to check in and make sure everything was going well. That level of care and communication really sticks with you. Overall, just a solid, positive experience from start to finish. Definitely felt taken care of looking fwd to working with them again for another car. They offer a battery4life warranty I'm looking forward to discussing in more detail later :)

    Update: 5/15/26 Now…read moreI gotta take them to court and file complaints with the consumer agencies. The are not trust worthy. Poor communicators and don't follow through. We canceled the warranty on a vehicle 4/6/26 in writing sent to the email address they provided us with. Well they've been giving us the run around. Called the warranty company they said they aren't even the ones that refund the money. The dealership is and the dealership never actually contacted them to cancel our contract. I purchased a Land Rover Defender from Diplomat Motors (DP). The staff was friendly for the most part, and the facility itself is beautiful and gives a strong first impression. Unfortunately, the experience with the vehicle has been extremely disappointing. Shortly after purchase, the check engine light came on. DP did address this by replacing a sensor at no cost, which I appreciated. However, the issues didn't stop there. The vehicle continued to shake when braking, which led me to have it independently inspected, something I now wish I had done before purchasing. That inspection revealed multiple leaks and additional concerns that should have been identified during routine maintenance. Given that DP provided maintenance records and also worked on the vehicle (including the O2 sensor repair), it's concerning that these issues were either missed or not disclosed. These are not minor problems, they are things a thorough inspection should have caught. To make matters worse, I purchased a $5,000 warranty, yet the car has already been in the shop three times, costing me over $1,600 out of pocket for repairs that were not covered. Overall, while the customer service and presentation were solid, the condition of the vehicle and lack of transparency around its true mechanical state have made this a frustrating and costly experience. I would strongly recommend getting an independent inspection before purchasing any vehicle from DP. If that's what you decide to do.

They said they fixed my vehicle and within a week it stopped working. They told me I needed a new battery but I took it back to the auto zone I bought it at 3 months ago who tested it at 100%. Never once on the paperwork or via phone was it explained that they did a deep dive test that found an issue that might not register directly on a more surface level test by autozone but no one reviewed that with me or made any note about it on the original paperwork that I could show autozone relating to my concern. I reached out to speak with a manager regarding my concerns 4 different times and not once did they reach back out to me. I wish I could just ignore my clients I don't want to talk to - highly unprofessional. I will be complaining to Subaru corporate about my experience. Do not take your vehicle here. I will be going to Vancouver next time. I finally heard back from a a manager who basically didn't give a crap about what had happened. He said that I left messages with a third party call center so he never was truly notified about my concern and didn't seem terribly concerned and just got mad at me that he hadn't gotten contact as if I would know who is fielding my call when I dial the service information listed on the Gresham Subaru website.

Up selling is a trick for the dealers and techs to make extra earnings. Go on google and search out Toyota Dealers Up-Selling customers for unnecessary fluid and maintenance. Also search out just exactly what the factory recommends and take it with you. This dealership at 30K wanted a brake fluid change for extra $400 plus fuel system cleaning $200. that's on top of the basic cost for hundreds of dollars. Don't be fooled. Dropped car off from 30 minute drive only to get home 30 minutes later to get a call that the Prius is done with service appt. Get to Toyota and look at paperwork. They didn't change the oil or rotate the tires. They lied. My daughter called the dealership back when she got home and the service manager could not even tell her what they did to the car and then never called us back. You guys are shafty. #3 Today 5/9/2025 I bring my 2023 Rav4 Prime, which I purchased at this dealership, they tell me I need 30k maintenance and quote me $1030 for the service. I was like I will go look this up. Just change my oil and do a tire rotation. In the service manual it states to check all the fluids they quoted my $1030 to replace. Come on guys! I called my mechanic and he quoted me 1/3 less than what Toyota quoted me and told me I don't need to change out all these fluids but just check the levels. This dealership is a true ripoff and we will never purchase a vehicle at this dealership every again. I would avoid this place at all costs.
