    I love my new car however make sure to shop around. Also the way they show the numbers is very misleading as they put "amount financed" rather than cost of the car. I'd absolutely avoid this dealership. Hyundai Beaverton has better deals and more transparency. Same exact vehicle 5k cheaper. Pretty much charged MSRP for an outgoing car and made it seem like I was getting a deal. Devon mentioned the original color + interior combo I was inquiring about "doesn't exist" (that was a lie) - IT DOES and is available at Beaverton Hyundai. When I asked why the price from other dealership had large discount Devon claimed that's for all these discounts like recent college grad, military discount, etc (that was a lie). Basically saying stuff I wouldn't be able to receive. But there are offering a discount because it's an outgoing model... Also Devon mentioned the reason why the color combo I ended up getting (green/black interior) was more expensive is because if the demand for it (that was a lie) Wild to turn off a customer that would had gotten serviced here and brought in car for anything going forward based on 4/5k upfront. Last time I step foot in this dealership. I'd highly suggest you do as well if you value transparency and value. Update check photo: they gave me 1.5k more on my trade-in (low-ball at 4.5k initially) but this should suffice on the lack of transparency and high price of the vehicle?     I will not be taking my car back here to get serviced again. They're not good at communicating with…read morepeople who do not understand cars nor do they fully document what they've reviewed. They said they fixed my vehicle and within a week it stopped working. They told me I needed a new battery but I took it back to the auto zone I bought it at 3 months ago who tested it at 100%. Never once on the paperwork or via phone was it explained that they did a deep dive test that found an issue that might not register directly on a more surface level test by autozone but no one reviewed that with me or made any note about it on the original paperwork that I could show autozone relating to my concern. I reached out to speak with a manager regarding my concerns 4 different times and not once did they reach back out to me. I wish I could just ignore my clients I don't want to talk to - highly unprofessional. I will be complaining to Subaru corporate about my experience. Do not take your vehicle here. I will be going to Vancouver next time. I finally heard back from a a manager who basically didn't give a crap about what had happened. He said that I left messages with a third party call center so he never was truly notified about my concern and didn't seem terribly concerned and just got mad at me that he hadn't gotten contact as if I would know who is fielding my call when I dial the service information listed on the Gresham Subaru website.
