Getting to this review late - we went last February. Went in a group of 4. We were able to get reservations no issue. Seated promptly at a nice table. We all ordered different items, and it was great to have more than one vegetarian option. Prices also seemed super reasonable for an upscale place in Ketchum - on part with a really nice restaurant where I live. Wine list was good too and we enjoyed picking something out. Wait staff was friendly. The only real downer on the evening was that we tried to order a dessert wine but they spent so long looking for it that we had nearly finished our desserts by the time our server came back to tell us it was out of stock. So we just got the bill. I would definitely come back here when in town though!

Nice ambience and setting for dinner or appetizers and wine! Calamari is really well done, not too over cooked and not heavily battered.

We enjoyed our time at Romina with our server Laura. The service was an absolute 5 stars. We were seated in the garden which is amazing. The overall vibe was like summer breeze. As for the food I liked it but felt it lacked that next level to be super delirious. The Burrata and the salad were good not great. Our pasta's presentation was good but it lacked that next level wonderful tasty bites. For sure I will go back again. Go and try it for yours.

Older looking restaurant with a bit of old decor. Seated quickly for a Friday night. Only 3 other tables at 6:45. Waitstaff a bit slow but once we were seated, fairly attentive. I had the Chicken with sundried tomatoes and mushrooms. Pasta was undercooked for my tastes. Did not care for the flavor. Started with a salad which was average. Husband had the Penne with sausage, he liked it . He started with Calamari which he enjoyed. I did not see what the hype was for this place. Overall the prices are expensive for the amount of food you get. I expected more. I would try somewhere else next time.

Awesome little restaurant. Superior service and food. This was our last night in Sun Valley and first night we could get reservations. Boy, was it worth the wait. Our party of four was seated promptly at 5:30 when the restaurant open. We were told of the night specials and available options for beer and wine. Note: they do not have liquor. We started with the Blue Crab Cake appetizer. It was an amazing experience on the pallet with all the flavors it offered. From there we moved on to order the Penne with House made sausage, the Seafood Risotto and the Mahi Mahi. Each dish was wonderfully prepared, aesthetically pleasing on the eye, and equally as pleasing on the palette. I highly recommend each entree. Once dinner was over we were presented with a dessert menu. We shared the Panna Cotta and Flourless Chocolate Tart. Amazing, amazing desserts. I can see why this restaurant is one of the top in Sun Valley. Run, don't walk, to try this family owned restaurant (the chef is the owner and the restaurant is named for his daughter).

Unfortunately, the gentleman next to us was extremely loud when he talked. (Which was a good bit of the time) We asked the waitress if we could move. She agreed with us and told us he's been loud the whole time. Our waitress checked with the greeter and said the only other table would be next to the door. The other tables had reservations. Well, we had a reservation too! Our resi was for 545, less than half the restaurant was full at this time. A poor decision or lack of training on the hostess (Janice) part to not try to accommodate the customer. We tried to make the best of it. I moved next to my husband and my son, was a trooper and sat across in direct fire. Waitress even made another comment that she had hoped when their food came, it would be quieter. Nope! We would have ordered wine, but not with that kind of hospitality. Our food was good, but with the atmosphere and hospitality not given, we will be trying other establishments.

Yes, it's just that good. We began with some wine selections and the Goat Cheese appetizer. The Goat Cheese was adorned with a cranberry and pear relish and served with bread. It was so delicious. There was literally nothing left. For our entrees, we enjoyed the Idaho Trout and Beef Short-rib. The trout had a nice panko almond crust and was served with roasted potatoes. The short-rib was served over polenta with roast veggies--purple cauliflower, carrot and broccoli. Shoutout to Dexter and the other staff for making our experience the best!

While there is some indoor seating, the restaurant offers some seating outside that appears to be shared with the KB's Ketchum Burrito place. With that said, there's plenty of places to sit outside and once you place your order inside, they will bring your food out to you! One major remark I have about this place is the heavy pour of wine they had to offer! In addition to beer on tap, they also offer a small selection of wine on tap and you will receive a large serving! NO complaints from me on that, haha! It was a good quality Rosé too! For food, we ordered the following: Garlic Knots - these were delicious! They pull apart really easily and weren't too garlicky. I really enjoyed the marinara too as it didn't taste like it was from a jar or can, even if it was! Buffalo Wings - the buffalo wings were cooked well and had a slight crisp to them which was nice! They could have stood to have a bit more buffalo sauce on them, but were cooked well otherwise! Margarita Guy Pizza (add jalapenos) and Pepperoni Pizza - both pizzas we order were great quality! The dough wasn't too thick or too thin and wasn't burnt at all. In fact, the consistency was spot on for how I like my pizza! Golden brown with a bit of crisp and without being overwhelmingly crunchy. Great spot for great quality pizza in a small town!
