How for art thou Romeos? It's dang good, Juliet!! We've tried it twice now & No bad things to say. Got a BOGO deal online, ordering was simple - pick up was great - ready to go & already paid for! Crust was greasy & crunchy but chewy as well. Toppings were generous. I liked their chicken but I loved the Caramelized Onions. Sweet red onions: part crispy / part chewy = all delicious! Never had em on a Pizza before. We liked it so much we ordered 3 sheets for the Super Bowl!! The guests loved it too. Price was great.. $45 for 3 sheets! No brainer. read more

Pizza was tasty. Not as crispy as I asked for. Got 2 mediums with 3 toppings each. Every slice at least had a piece of the toppings.

Worst customer service. Gave my doordash driver the wrong order and wanted me to come pick up the corrected order. I said no way I paid for the driver and a tip they need to get it to me. They refused. Not the firat time I have had a problem with this place. read more

Absolutely the worst service I've experienced from any pizza shop ever. We called to order a few pizzas for delivery and the woman on the phone was rude, bitter, and unprofessional. She was verbally abusive; frankly she sounded like she needs mental help. Not sure how she managed to slither past management, but if Romeo's wants to stay in business, they need to dispose of her. She snapped argumentatively at everything we said while on the phone. Seriously, it's ordering two pizzas. How hard is that supposed to be? She gave us such bad attitude. Bought a deep dish Italiano, 2 pounds of wings two flavors and some cheese bread. Did not expect much from the deep dish and that is what I got. Not much. Just some extra dough with sauce on top. Now the wings although good cost $9.99 a pound. No approximate number is specified on their website but I assume like most places it be around 10 a pound. I was wrong wrong. Six tiny wings that I doubt even weighed one pound cost $20. Cheesy bread was good nothing special again. read more

Romeo's is one of my favorite places for pizza. Does it best Angelo's or Dewey's? No, but it's definitely the pizza spot I like to go to if I don't feel like venturing out to Lakewood. The pizza crust is cooked perfectly, not doughy, & has a nice bite to it. It's not overly greasy either. The pizza sauce is sweet but I actually like that because it cuts down on the acidity of the tomatoes. My favorite toppings to get is pepperoni & the crumbled sausage, I like to keep it simple with my toppings...sometimes. read more

I used a $4 off coupon on a large 2 item pizza and was somewhat disappointed. Their large looked to be about the size of mediums from other pizza shops. The crust was a good 2" wide, leaving a smaller than normal area for toppings. Consequently the $4 off coupon was not a good deal. The pizza was hot and the crust was tasty, the sauce was sickly sweet. read more

Romeos is an all around good northeast Ohio pizza chain. The pizza is typically everything you would expect from a pizza. Their sauce is on the sweeter side which I do like. I have been ordering Romeos for several years now and have never been disappointed. The staff and delivery drivers are friendly. I grew up in an area that has a lot of first and second generation (straight off the boat) Italians so I am used to very unique pizzas. 2 hours before closing I tried ordering a pizza for pick up 15 minutes before closing. However, the person on the phone said I really had to be there at 10:45, no later. Now, I didn't mean for my 10:45pm request to be exact on the minute, that would be silly, but this person said 10:45 no later. Sure, I certainly wouldn't want to get there with less than 5 minutes before closing because it does take at least a few minutes to pay. But this person is trying to tell me that they disapprove of a customer paying for a pizza ten minutes before closing when it was ordered two hours before hand? This is the dumbest policy ever. Getting there ten minutes before closing would allow for plenty of time to pay and yet the person taking my order has the audacity to tell me when I should pick up MY pizza. Totally uncalled for. Why have a 11:00pm closing time when you force a customer to pick up their pizza at 10:45? Just advertise your closing at 10:45pm and this wouldn't be an issue. Stupid. read more

Romeos pizza is delicious. But every time I eat it I get diarrhea. I'm sick of this pizza giving me diarrhea.

This is the best pizza, had it for the first time today and picked it up. Staff was extremely friendly and the food is amazing, prices were reasonable and so much better than Marcos or Pizza Hut! Marcos and Pizza Hut is so repulsive every time. It's like the Burger King of chain restaurants, but Romeos is like the Panera or chipotle of chain restaurants. read more

I placed an online web order at 11:30AM for our employees and It's now 1:00PM and we still have not received our order. I contacted Romeos Pizza and spoke with Bobby who informed me that the driver was out and he had no idea when the driver will be back, as the driver is new. I order two sheet pizzas and a salad, plus 15% tip brings the total over $100 and I can't even get a time frame to when my pizza will be delivered? I asked to have my order cancel and issue a refund and asked for a confirmation number. Bobby provided me with my web transaction ID, I said that's not a confirmation number. I informed him I will contact my bank to ensure the transaction is cancelled. I tried contacting Romeo's Pizza Corp office at (234) 248-4549 and it goes straight to voicemail, no receptionist? I even completed the online 'contact me section' and was unable to hit the submit button, so my email never went through. I called 4 times and not one time did anyone ever pick up the phone. This has been a truly sad day for our employees who did not get the chance to eat lunch today because Romeos Pizza failed to deliver and provide customer service to a level that will allow me or my company to return again. read more

Romeo's pizzas are among the best around. The sauce is a bit sweet, but in a good way. It goes great with basil, onions, and many other toppings. I love that they offer green olives and artichokes, two toppings most places don't offer. However, my favorite pizza is their deep dish Italiano (try it with peppers and pepperoni!), a Chicago style pizza that will take additional cooking time. If pizza is not your thing, their sides and subs are both excellent choices that will fill you up and more than satisfy your taste buds. The pasta is okay and the salad isn't bad, but their pizza, calzones, and subs are definitely their best options. Romeo's has won several pizza making awards, and once you try one of their delicious pizzas, you will see why. read more
