Crispy chicken pizza, cheese burger with mushroom and onion, Kabula
    Rachel N.

This was a new find for us! We happened upon it while trying shabam coffee down the strip and decided to stop for lunch. Their spin on pizza and cheeseburgers is so good we've already been back again. Would highly recommend the cheese burger with mushroom and onions. The person checking us out was very helpful and answered our questions. There is free parking available. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There are tables available in the store but it can get busy during lunch and dinner time.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

An interesting mash-up of cultural food styles...Middle Eastern flavors with American dishes. Came in here recently with a group of work friends and was able to try a bunch of unique lunch items. Service is fast-casual style with a walk-up counter for ordering and then the piping hot dishes are brought right to your table. My co-worker and I decided we'd shar both a pizza and a burger...chicken shawarma pie and the mushroom, grilled onion and cheese on a burger pocket pita. We also got to try our other co-worker's spinach pie. The chicken shawarma's spice profile made for an interesting pizza slice, but the savory flavor really hit the spot! The pita pocket style cheeseburger was very unique and a fun mixing of flavors and textures. We also got an order of their double-fried french fries and they were perfect! Everyone agreed that the spinach pie was just okay...I brought the leftovers home and reheated then topped with hummus and that amped up the flavor. Hoping this spot does well as it is a fun mix of flavors and style that is sure to please!

Hard for me to have a 5-star experience, but this made it. This place was packed, even on off-hours Sunday, so make sure you don't mind a wait. Everything here is cooked Mediterrenean style. We enjoyed a Chicken Shawarma Pizza and a plain cheeseburger. The flavors on the pizza were absolutely insane, however the best thing I've had in a long while was the cheeseburger. It's a cheeseburger packed with middle eastern spice combinations but the cheeseburger is cooked into the dough. Fun and intriguing and guaranteed to tantalize anyone's taste buds. But, I think the hardest thing to always sell me on is atmosphere and staff. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This place is clean, immaculate, fun and heartwarming.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The staff are amazing, greeted by one of the men and walked through their menu while one of the ladies gave us a free sample of kunefa they had prepped, it was a friendly and lind experience unlike most I have. This might be one of the best restaurants I've ever ranked just for the staff experience alone. Well done!

I went here based on the many positive reviews. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place was busy when I got there.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I placed an order for a hummus and cheeseburger. First off I was disappointed that the hummus doesn't come with any bread whatsoever and the lady at the counter told me to order bread separately. When i received my order I asked for a bag so I could carry the three things and i found the lady's attitude a bit off putting in simply handing me s bag. Next comes the food: the highlight for me was the bread , it was nothing amazing but I liked that it was fresh and hot. The hummus was particularly generic tasting to me. Something I could've gotten from the store. Lastly the cheese burger that is encased in dough was not well seasoned and the dough around it was both uncooked and soggy. I don't believe this place lived up to any hype whatsoever.

Awesome pizza! After seeing all the great reviews my friend and I decided to give it a try. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place has a great atmosphere when you walk in.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Since it was our first time here we decided to try a few items and share. We decided on a bbq chicken pizza, shawarma pie, and a Greek salad. They have a cooler of drinks with some unique selections. After you order you find a table to sit down and they bring the food out to use as it is finished. They started by delivering the Greek salad. They brought plates and forks for us to share. The salad was a fresh mix of cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, cheese and lettuce with a great dressing. Next came out the shawarma pie. The best way to explain it is a fold over or Stromboli. The one we chose had chicken and unique seasonings. Tasty but we felt it could use a dipping sauce. Then the pizza came out. It was hot and delicious. I would definitely come again and explore the rest of the menu!

Akkawi Cheese Pie For the pizza lover.....

I have gone here to eat as well as taken to go and had food delivered. I recommend eating in person but food is still amazing other wise. I often get the KHUBIZ[bread] with akawee cheese and it never disappoints. Their falafel is better than establishments in CLE that have been there for years as well which is impressive. Also I have heard that their knaffa is to die for . One day I'll be honored to try it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]However the place itself is set up very nicely cozy and the dim lighting choices in color gives it an edge noone in the area has[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], food is well presented, steaming hot when you receive it and I thought it was classy of them to have a quote on their to go boxes appreciating their customers.

With egg, green olives and mozzarella and a sfiha

We have been here several times and still marvel at the delicate, softness of their dough. Our favorite is the egg with olive and mozzarella. We also had the sfiha. There are enough different iterations to come back over and over. They seem to do a decent take-out business as well as in store, so you may wait a bit. This is something different that we appreciate having now and then. Try it, we think you'll like it.

Cheese Burger with Mushroom and Onion

We placed an order for 12 burgers today--5 mushroom onion, 3 cheeseburgers, and 4 chicken burgers. Our food was ready for pickup in a speedy 20 minutes, and when we got home, it was still hot enough to make an oven jealous. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The inside of the bakery/ restaurant is very clean and gives you old style cafe vibes.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. Now, let's talk about the presentation. These burgers come in boxes that scream, "What's inside is going to be amazing!" Not your typical flimsy takeout container; it's like the burgers are dressed to impress. And boy, did they deliver! The burgers aren't on an ordinary bun. Each burger was cooked to perfection--juicy, hot, and with cheese still melted like a warm hug and wrapped in a thin bread wrap. . The mushroom onion burger? One bite and it was like a flavor explosion--seasonings dancing on my taste buds like they just won the lottery. The chicken burger was so juicy, it had my taste buds singing "Oh la la!" like a French chef who just found the secret ingredient. If you're in the mood for a burger with a twist, give Fire & Dough a try. Trust me, your taste buds will thank you!

This place has quickly risen to my favorite restaurant. I have been a few times and tried about 7 things on the menu - all have been 5 stars. I think about it when I'm not there. I order extra so I have left overs. I'm sad when the leftovers are gone. The service has been great each time we've been there too. They make suggestions for something to order and even though they don't come to your table for your order, they still check on you. No fountain soda - only cans and a variety of other bottled drinks. To sum it up - it's fresh and amazing :)

    Beef Shawarma Pie
    Jessica M.

Ordered takeout on a Saturday night and only took 20 minutes to prepare. We got the Flatbread with Akkawi Cheese and Zaatar and really liked it. The flatbread was light and airy. The Akkawi cheese for those who have never had is like Feta and Mozzarella had a baby. The Beef Shawarma Pie was delicious and probably my favorite. The Pie is stuffed with delicious seasoned beef Shawarma. We got a Greek salad and tabouli salad and the dressing it came with was really nice. Overall great ethnic spot in North Olmsted!

Danny Boi tries to come close with a New York style pizza and they do a very good job of it. But the price point is higher than I'm normally comfortable paying for a pizza of its size. That being said, I prefer Danny boys well over Angelo's in Lakewood. Now this is not in anyway, taking away from the quality of the food. The garlic bread or nuts or whatever they were were fantastic. The Asian buffalo garlic wings that my eldest and I shared were amazing. The hunk of garlic saturated with the Asian buffalo sauce was just perfect. Our waitress was extremely friendly, answered any questions we had, and did her best to accommodate me when I asked to have our pepperoni pizza divided into 2/3 and 1/3. I didn't want it priced any differently. I just wanted all of the pepperoni that would've gone into the other third put on the other 2/3 because my one son only likes a certain amount of pepperoni. She didn't think she could do it at first, but she went back checked found out and came back and gave us what we wanted. She was quick with drink refills, and extremely friendly. The only issue I had with this visit, and this is more of a note to the entire staff, is she hung out over my shoulder the entire time while I was doing the payment and tip, which felt very pressuring to me. I genuinely leave a good tip, regardless, more often than not quality and food has nothing to do with your waitress, so why should the waitress suffer for something else. Even less than average service still will often get a decent tip for me because I know that this is their livelihood. But I do not appreciate when the staff hangs directly over my shoulder while I do so instead of giving me a moment, walking away and then coming back. I know that in this case I'm using a device of hers to do the payment, but I still did not really care for that moment. All other things aside, fantastic service, fantastic, waitress, great personality, and I was very friendly towards my kids. The look and feel of the restaurant was awesome. I love the old pictures and the feel of a 1950s or 1960s Italian restaurant with the New York City, Atlantic City, Vegas feel. The pictures of Frank Sinatra and some of the other brat Pack along with memorabilia from different movies of that era just helps to set the mood. As I said, it's not a place that they go to frequently, maybe twice a year, but when I go, the experience is always delightful

What drew us in was this location's Instagram reel featuring their March Pizza of the Month -- the Reuben Pizza. After seeing a performance at Playhouse Square, we decided to make the detour to check it out. We arrived on a Sunday around 3:30 PM, and the restaurant wasn't very busy. We were seated quickly and our server came over shortly after. We ordered drinks (he got a beer and I stuck with water) and looked over the menu, even though we already knew we wanted the Reuben pizza. My boyfriend noticed the Cajun Parmesan fries and asked the server what she thought of them. She was convincing enough, so we decided to order a side. Since we were pretty hungry, we definitely noticed how long it took for the food to come out. In hindsight we probably should have asked for the fries as an appetizer, but they ended up arriving with the pizza. When the food hit the table, my boyfriend and I both looked at the "side" of fries, then at each other, and said the same thing: "That's a side? For $4?" The portion was surprisingly small (28 fries, to be exact), and barely room temperature. It was a little frustrating, but we didn't want to make a big deal out of it, so we just moved on. The pizza itself, though, was exactly what we were hoping for. The dough was excellent, and the locally sourced ingredients paired really well with the Thousand Island sauce served on the side. It was a really good pizza and definitely lived up to the hype that brought us in. The only downside was that the pizza, like the fries, wasn't very hot when it reached our table. I guess it's better than a pizza coming to the table piping hot, but I would have much rather had a hotter pizza and fries than we received. Overall, the pizza was definitely the highlight and we're glad we made the stop to try the Reuben Pizza of the Month. That said, the small, lukewarm fries and the temperature of the food when it arrived took away from the experience a bit. With a few small improvements, this could easily have been a much better visit.
