As I tried different Pizzas all over, this one is best of the best. There is only Ruzz Pizza on Manhattan av. That in my tasting view is as good as this Pizza. After having a horrible pizza in a different place, I realized how amazing the pizza is here in taste. For a few years, this is one has a consistent great flavor and taste. And one day, I ate a slice that was cold and the crust tasted soooo good, it blew me away. I realized that I had never tasted a cold pizza as good as the one here. As I was busy in my office, by the time I got to eat it, it was cold and the crust was delicious, it really has a unique soothing flavor to it. Maybe because it was cold, I was able to taste the unique flavor? This shocked me, I never had a great cold tasting pizza before.

On this visit I tried the margarita slice and of course it was delicious!! Can they make anything that's not good?? Haha!! I particularly loved the sauce on this slice. The flavor came out and I felt like I could literally drink it from a cup cause D*MN!! Kinda feel like I wanna order things I don't think I would like cause I've liked literally everything I've tried so far. Can't wait to go back!!!!!!

Buffalo Chicken Pizza, Wild Mushrooms and White Truffle Oil Burrata, vodka & pesto Sicilian

It's been a few years since I last came to Rome to Brooklyn... but it was JUST as good as I remembered! My partner and I were in the area and had a hankering for some pizza, luckily Rome to Brooklyn came to the rescue. My favorite slice this time around was the Vodka Burrata Pesto Sicilian pizza. Vodka sauce and pesto were great. Burrata creamy. Crust perfect combo of doughy + crispy. One of my favorite slices of 2025 so far. Small, local spot for sure with only a couple of two seater tables. Pizza came out fresh and hot, and rather quickly which I appreciated. Friendly service. Will definitely return!

Delicious pizza. Crust is nice and crispy. A great stop on our pizza crawl. Grandmas slice was really good because the cheese to sauce ratio was perfect. Cheese slice was a classic. Def recommend

I recently went to an over-hyped Pizzeria in NYC that shall remain nameless (*cough* UNA PIZZA NAPOLETANA *cough-cough*) and spent an obscene amount of money on a couple of small-ish pizzas. Still deeply regretting it weeks later, especially having grown up in Italy and enjoyed some of the best pizzas in the world at no more than 10-15 euros for a whole pie. As a palate / experience cleanser, I recently set off on a Pizza Tour of Williamsburg to try out at least 3 acclaimed pizzerias - and this was our first stop. Rome to Brooklyn isn't as hugely famous or hyped up as L'Industrie or other heavy-hitters in town, but it's famous enough for there to be a buzz about it at the least (hence my visit). This was probably my favorite out of all 3 great pizzerias I went to in Williamsburg. They have it all - great taste, great prices, and no massive line out the door or pretentious reservation requirements. You walk in, you see what you like, you get great pizza in minutes and enjoy people-watching at one of their little tables. We went for their Vodka Burrata Pesto Sicilian slice, which was thick but surprisingly airy / way less heavy on the stomach than you'd think at a glance. Very tasty. Almost as good was their Grandma's Pepperoni square slice - a teensy bit greasy maybe but in a good way. They didn't skimp on the toppings for either slice. We also had one of their garlic knots and were well pleased with that as well. Probably spent about $10 - $12 for three items, all of which quite flavorful - which at a well-known gem in the middle of Williamsburg, is an excellent deal. The guy behind the counter was also super friendly and accommodating, they have good staff here. This is one of the few places in NYC that I would actively go out of my way to come back to, for a couple of slices - not just because there's a ton of other flavors and styles that I've yet to try out here. It's also right across the street from the Williamsburg Animal Clinic, where they take good care of pups and pets. Maybe treat yourself to a delicious slice before/after you treat your furry loved ones to a good checkup? Anyways, will be back here (or at the very least will try the option up in Greenpoint) for sure!

It's a small location but mighty in flavor. They have a couple of tables if you like to eat a fresh-from-the-oven pizza or a slice. The young man was attentive and courteous and provided us with excellent service. The pizza was one of the best I've ever had, warm with a perfect crust and a well-balanced amount of toppings, cheese, and sauce!

Checked out Rome to Brooklyn, to grab a couple of slices. I chose the Margarita and Bianca variants. Aesthetically, both slices hit the mark, and they were fresh, but overall taste and flavor wasn't there. Customer services were welcoming, but the pizza itself wasn't as enticing as I hoped. There is a lot of variety and interesting options so I maybe back to try in the near future.

Amazing pizza place, and when Aurel overlooks the pizza and does quality control, you can't go wrong! Super light but delicious pizza with the perfect portions of cheesiness and bread, these slices are super addicting and a great local spot to eat on a monthly basis l!

Bbq Barbeque Chicken Pizza

My new go to pizza place omg Pizza is heavenly here- Truly the dough is amazing/ the flavors are so good. I order Uber eats from here all the time when I'm craving a pizza. I've tried the prosciutto one, the broccolini one, bbq pizza, and regular cheese. Everyone single one hits and is delicious. My favorite is the broccolini one, the flavors are so good and the broccolini is such a nice texture to it. The bbq pizza wow, the ratio of sauce to chicken is so good. I love the bbq sauce they use and onions wow so good. Their garlic pinwheels are also spectacular, the best I've had in nyc. So much garlic in between the layers of the pinwheels is immaculate. If u want to order pizza in, I def recommend this place!

Vodka Sauce Pizza
Isabella B.

I've come here a few times and previously tried their Buffalo Chicken Pizza. My personal favorite is their Vodka Sauce Pizza. The sauce does overflow but you can pick it up again with your pizza crust. This is a great pizza spot on in Williamsburg. They have a vast selection of pizza on display to choose from as well as a menu with other food items such as panzerotti, focaccia, pasta, etc. I came first thing in the morning to start my weekend with a slice of pizza from them. It was worth the wait since it did require to cool down before cutting a slice. What I liked about this spot is that it's your classic pizzeria with the staff hard at work making the pizza and sharing in conversation on making sure the pizza turns out great. A bit of overheard conversation while eating but I quite enjoyed it. It's very chill at some part of the days as well as get a bit lively. Recommend adding this on your next pizza quest/journey in NYC or casual pizza night. It's worth the $4.50+ pizza slice price tag and make every bite count

Mushroom and Grandma Pizza
Kayo N.

For a really teeny pizza by the slice place, this place packs a punch! The unconventional square slices are perfectly crisped and charred, and full of flavor. I wish this place were closer to me. Mushroom truffle was soooo good.

grandma slice
Ann S.

I was around the neighborhood & was craving pizza so I tried 3 types of pizzas: grandma slice, wild mushroom truffle slice & margherita slice. Out of the 3 slices, the best in taste was the grandma slice (tomatoey, garlicy, etc). The mushroom truffle was ok and lacking in flavor. The margherita was ok as well (not the best margherita I have eaten) - I think because it was a bit cold & not heated up or crispy. Staff was very friendly & nice. Some indoors seating.

Grandma Pizza
Marcus W.

This place was luckily near where we were doing some work yesterday. I hit Yelp and saw that it got 5 stars. Say less!!!!! We went and it was pure excellence. I had a Margherita slice and the grandma slice. Both were amazing but the grandma stole my heart. Like a thinner Sicilian slice. Flavor oozed out of it. The service was great. They were very helpful with a great energy in the spot. Will be back whenever back in NY. Authentic charm.

Best pizza in nyc in my opinion. The presentation is great and the taste also reflects it. I suggest the cheese wheels!!

I tried looking up this pizza from Target Richfield for a review, but it sent me to the NYC location, so forgive me if this review is in the wrong thread. Anyway, wow. I've been to New York City and ate at the original Joe's Pizza. What an epic slice of pizza. Now back home in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the great white north of snow that never ends, I finally tried the frozen Di Fara pepperoni pizza from Target no less. Sorry Joe's, but this is on par with your pizza (if it was frozen). Dave Portnoy was right with his high review. This pizza is very good. The thick cut pepperoni, great basil, and the crisp chewy crust was excellent for a frozen pizza. Nice under carriage as well. I cooked the pizza at 480 degrees in an electric pizza oven for 10 minutes, and the result was very good. I added a drizzle of hot honey, and it was spectacular (okay, I also added some fresh picked jalapeños as well). The pizza was hot and melted in the center, and the crust was very crisp, but still had some chew. Wow. This was the best frozen pizza I have had. Bar none. New York, you spoiled me when it came to pizza. Now I can get a taste of New York at home. Great job! I may or may not eat the last 3 pieces currently sitting in the fridge before bed.

Dom has now passed but his legacy continues. I've always compared the then pie vs now. And like most things,, nothing beats the original. This is still a very good slice. We ordered a whole pie half plain and half pepperoni, which is only $2.50 more. What I notice right away is the zesty tomato sauce, which Has love. However, I must admit that the crust was a bit too hard for my taste. Yes! It was crispy, but biting through it was somewhat difficult. Fresh mozzarella, a nicely thin crisped crust, sweet tomato sauce, and fresh basil makes this simple pizza taste great. The fried calamari also impressed. It tasted notably fresh--light, clean, and not overly chewy like pre-frozen versions can sometimes be. While I can't say for certain, it had that just-prepared quality that makes a difference. The Caprese salad was a great way to start the meal, with fresh tomatoes, creamy burrata, and a balsamic drizzle was a nice light start. The atmosphere leans old-school Italian, which adds to the charm and character. Service was fine--nothing remarkable, but no major issues either. That said, my overall rating takes a big hit solely for the restaurants ridiculous tipping policy choices rather than the food itself. The automatic 20% gratuity added to the bill was frustrating. The menu does indicate that 18%, will automatically apply, or will be 20% for parties of six or more. We were only three people, so it felt inconsistent and unnecessary. On top of that, the added cost for credit card usage didn't help. I don't mind tipping for good service! In fact, I tip well--but I prefer having the choice and I'm old school so it's the principle of the matter. Being forced into it, takes away from an otherwise enjoyable meal. Bottom line: the food is strong and worth trying, but the billing practices leave a bad taste. If those were adjusted, this could easily be a higher-rated experience.
