I moved to Park Slope, last year and this will honestly be the only sex shop that will get my business. Low prices. Solid Customer service staff,
Low prices with great discounts, Free toys,, and thousands of adult products = Success. I do not mean to be critical of the other stores in Brooklyn like Babeland, they have some nice toys and I have been a loyal customer but why would I pay double the price at Babeland for a We-Vibe Chorus when I can get the same product 50% lower at Romantic Depot Brooklyn? Why throw $100 away? Just compare the prices online. Plus, B-Land & the other Brooklyn sex shops are just too small, with only 1 or 2 employees to help you. In addition, the other adult entertainment stores in BK, do not have nearly the amount of sexual products and sex educators on staff to help demonstrate the sex toys you buy. At Romantic Depot Brooklyn, they assure you are happy before your purchase the items. I started my journey from the Barclays Center, I jumped onto the bus B-45 at the intersection of Flatbush & Atlantic Ave. It took me exactly 4 minutes 49 seconds to arrive directly at the bus stop in front of the store. The neighborhood is gentrified with hipsters as apartments rent for as high as $6000 in the Clinton Hill area just east of Downtown Brooklyn. I am a certified sexologist and sexual health snd wellness, education teacher. I am usually very critical about my reviews at sex shops. I have shopped at virtually every adult store and vibrator in the 5 boroughs of NYC. I am being very humble and sincere in stating that Romantic Depot Brooklyn was the best shopping experience I have had at any adult store in the entire City. As you enter, the vibe is totally comfortable, with great music, and for beginners to experienced, you will feel like you are entering a trendy lounge but with sexy lingerie and adult toys. Entrance is 100% free, and you are cheerfully greeted by a hostess. The hostess was Bella, who gave me a shopping tote bag for my privacy. Plus, they give you a 20% off a discount card, with no credit check and no application fee! I used it on my first purchase and can be used on all my future purchases, which gives you rewards and are toys on every visit. They then give you space to shop, unlike other annoying shops that have their clerks follow you around the store. However, if you have a question they have a demonstrate station kind of like the perfume counter ay Macy's where you can test any product before buying. I noticed several friends and couples literally dancing with several of the staff members which makes the experience literally like you are going to a club or bar, especially at night.. The store is very easy to navigate, In the front entrance area is a plethora of sexy lingerie, both for women and men and people of all genders. They also have thousands of coupes games gifts, massage oils, high heel shoes, lotions, bath and body, edible penis and vaginal, sand boogie products, enhancement supplements, and bachelorette gifts. The adult products are located in the back with the largest selection of adult toys in Brooklyn. Anything you could think of they have including, inexpensive silicone vibrators of all types, hundreds of different medical grade silicone dildos, strap ons, penis pumps, masturbators, pussy pumps, life-size dolls with real feel material, and much more. I want to thank Corine, Devin, and Cynthia who all answered my questions and helped show the products and how to use them. *Sorry if I misspelled any of your names. Highly recommend this store to beginners, who just want to have fun and learn about sex to the most hardcore connoisseurs of adult Toys, like me, and definitely for women who appreciate wearing sexy lingerie. My last note was the staff was very ethically diverse, and 100% LGBTQQIP2AA+ friendly. Meaning = Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer or Questioning, and Two-Spirit. I will return soon and think maybe you might want to check this place out with your partner, friend, or solo. I will notate, the Romantic Depot Queens Boulevard, Sunnyside location was very good but too far away from the Park Slope area!
