He was professional and very good understanding my 2 bathroom sink issues. He was fast and got the job done in a very short time. I've had these guys out a couple of times for various concerns. They are extremely professional and KIND. I feel ignorant when it comes to plumbing issues however they treated me so respectfully and never talked down to me. I was very comfortable having them in my home. I've lived in this house several years & my sinks are now draining and working better than they ever have. (I've had several other plumbers out who temporarily fixed my problems but the probl always returned almost immediately. I was worried I needed some very large repairs because of how often I had problems.) Roman Plumbing fixed my sinks and toilets and their charge was extremely reasonable. Next, during our pool dig, the excavator cut through our main water line. We had mentioned to Roman Plumbing this was a potential issue (bc the house is old & there's no record of where the line ran) and, when we called them to let them know it had happened, they were here literally within the hour and immediately set us up with a temporary solution. They returned soon thereafter and re-routed our main line around the pool. We were only without water a very short time. I have to agree with Julie A. Armando is wonderful and a real life saver. He not only fixed everything I needed but he took the time to explain and show me what needed to be fixed. Armando really saved me and my family additional frustration and expense by suggesting to remove the internal stopper to the tub drain since it was severely deteriorated which broke just as lifted it out to show me. Lucky for us, Armando was here. He was able to retrieve the stopper from the pipe inside the wall. That could have been a real disaster and we would have never known until we had a flood. Scheduled an appointment and employee showed up on time for estimate. We then scheduled a time for him to return and complete the job. I took time off of work to accommodate the scheduled time of 3:00 on Friday. Understanding that times can flexible in this industry, I waited until 5:15 before calling to ask if they were still planning on coming over since it was becoming late. The response was, "let me call him" (employee that was suppose to be there) and I'll have him call you back. The employee called back immediately to advise that he would not be making it over tonight and ask if I would like him to come over on Saturday between 11:00 and 12:00. I answered yes and again waited for him to show up. At 11:50 he text me to advise that he was busy and wouldn't be able to make it. On Monday, against my better judgment I text him back and ask if he was still interested in the job or should I find someone else? To my amazement, he said I should probably find someone else, oh but he was "sorry". I then called the phone number that I assume is the owner, and ask what was going on. I stated that I did not want that same employee and that maybe he could send someone else. He said that he understood and would call me back. That was Monday and this is Tuesday, still no call back. Obviously, I would NOT recommend this company what so ever. read more
