Trevor & his family gained my trust, & I felt as if they were a 2nd family to me. This means a lot knowing as a single mother, I've been scammed by professionals in this industry. 4/19/25 I received a fair quote to re-pipe the entire house's sewer system (walls & floors dug up, bid included managing sub-contractors). The quote also included 6 yr parts & labor warranty on work done. I paid 50% up front. 4/25 the project began, & Trevor quoted the project will take approx. 1 month to complete. A couple of his sub-contractors delayed the projects & one in particular pulled off the job leaving us to find a replacement. 4/29 Trevor asked for another $10, 000 to help secure another sub-contractor as he waits for the 1st one to issue him a refund. It placed Trevor in a financial backlog, so I agreed to pay, & I graciously understood the delay. Trevor & team made me laugh every day, they did a nice gesture on my birthday, & they were a treat to work with. So what happened after July just breaks my heart. I had full intention of giving Dr. Drain a 5 star review, & was ready to refer them to everyone I knew to promote this small local business. What I didn't anticipate was how much longer this would take & the frustration I was about to face. After June, Trevor would state he would be at my home by 9 am & he & his crew wouldn't show up until 3-4 hours later. Some days they didn't show up at all, & I got not communication to what's going on. They scheduled other jobs on top of mine (sometimes before mine, bumping my project). My house is torn apart & I just wanted an operational home again. I candidly had conversations that the lack of communication, & time management was weighing on my patience. Trevor respected my communication, agreed w/me, & stated he will do better (but didn't). 6/11 Trevor needed more money to order a sink & shower door. I gave him the final payment. The project should've been done before my trip scheduled last week of June & to not delay the project I gave my key to Trevor so he could things moving. Reviewing my security feeds, Trevor showed up on twice while I was gone. 1st he pick-up his tractor & 2nd to show the drywall contractor around. In both cases no work was performed on the house. 7/3 I returned from my trip, the contractor working on walls advised me that Trevor never hired him to paint. I was dumbfounded. Frustrated I attempted to speak w/Trevor, & received little solution. I spent my time to paint walls. To add the baseboard contractor bailed & the responsibility of installing the baseboards fell on me too. Additionally, after several conversations about ordering the shower door & sink, Trevor failed to place the order due to financial restraints. Therefore I personally placed the order on 7/14. Trevor stated he would refund me for these items, which he did after several reminders on 8/22. I also paid out of pocket for the gravel which Trevor stated that I will NOT have a final inv. & we are trued up. To this date my inv. was never zeroed out. Aug. I was beyond frustrated by this point. I could tell he & his team were frustrated too. One example is installing a small fence they split the wood on 75% of the posts. Fence never got fixed, no apology, they never offered solutions, I received pure silence. 8/18 we're down to minor details to install, haul away trash, & squaring up on reimbursements. 8/22 Trevor stated he will give me $200 additional refund for the blinds not being done. 8/27 through 8/22 I've spent 3 months trying to get a hold of both Trevor & his partner Vicente to refund me $200, haul away trash, & fix an item (under warranty). 3 months Trevor has ghosted me. I attempted to work w/ Vicente to help massage this situation, but still no luck. I spent a great deal of money for services that should be covered under warranty. I'm still waiting for $200, Haul away items fell on me, & now I don't know what to do about the warranty.
