They sent out a Technician, Joe, and I must say this young man has a great attitude and is an excellent professional plumber. He explained in detail everything he was going to do. He also told me that the model I have is no longer used; a different system takes its place, and it eliminates the need to change filters every 6 months. The price that he gave me for an estimate was also the final price to the penny. I would highly recommend Plumber of Tucson for any plumbing work.

To complicate matters, the water meter was buried in asphalt in the street. Needless to say, this was a complicated job. We were without water until Chris got here. He immediately installed a temporary line to get us back in business. Chris and his team handled the rest of the job smoothly, with great courtesy and punctuality. I got more than one quote, and the final job he did was $1500 under a competitor's quote. The work was clean and professional, and we haven't had any problems since. We didn't even need to tear up our driveway. I highly recommend Arizona Elite Plumbing.

But I didn't really get the service we had hoped for with a gentleman named Matt W. He EXCEEDED all our expectations!! First of all he was thorough and explained what was going on which kept me from crying, and no one needs to see THAT! His eyes said It all when he first saw the 'issue' but found the problem quickly. And I wouldn't have found it on my own in a million years and I'm not a stupid woman either. Anyway, besides being efficient and very professional, he was a very kind man. He was very considerate of the house which meant a lot to me. He completely explained the situation and gave a few options for us to decide what worked best for us. He could have raked us over the coal$ but was a man of integrity and being presented with options and potential outcomes, we felt confident with our choices. He didn't leave until he was certain all our questions were satisfied. I hope the owner takes notice and when it is time for evaluations and treats him well. You want him to represent your company! Oh and I have to mention from the first interaction on the phone I knew I had the right place. Capri took the call and was very helpful and proffessional as well. She had me cracking up at the end. I would give this company 10 stars if I could!
