It took me well over a month to get a warrantee replacement of my water softener which started leaking water all over my garage floor. They kept trying to blame the manufacture Ecowater for the delays, yet when I called Echowater directly to verify I was told this simply wasn't the case. I did FINALLY get my unit replaced, which is why I gave them 2 stars rather then one, but will not use Superior in the future. read more

Superior Water installed a water softener and RO system for our home. Immediately after installation, a major leak developed which they addressed. The big issue was their wrong assumption on how the house, the pool and the irrigation system was fed from our water line. After installation we discovered our pool and irrigation system was getting softened water which was not the plan. The company is refusing the correct the error on their cost and offered a few bags of salt instead. The company president is disputing what his salesman said to us and head installer's commitment to correct. Instead he is hiding behind the fine print of their contract. This company has no integrity especially at the executive level. read more

We requested information from Home Depot and were contacted by Rob LaFrance. He came out and tested our water and priced the unit. Very well done. Our installers, Eli and Jared, were also great. They let us know what they were doing and why. Both very nice guys and professional. We also had Angel out to explain a few things. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. Overall, I think the company is well run and has great employees. Maybe they should all have a raise. Just saying. read more

We had the pleasure of having an appointment with Rob Doty as the tech. He went above and beyond to clean up some of the tubes under the sink, cleaned out the system, and gave some good education. He also offered to change out the faucet since it doesn't match (they didn't have the color requested during install). Super nice and awesome guy, and knows his stuff! Have also have had an amazing experience with the company overall. If you are looking for hard water treatment, definitely come here! The service is unmatched. read more

We had our water system moved to our new home. We had the most professional service provided by Jermaine. Any employer should be so proud to have such an amazing young man working for them. He understands customer service, professional communication and just being courteous. He arrived and greeted us and shared the plan and process to install. I do not recommend. After a year the water comes out foggy. Also there customer service is not good. They take a while for there technician to come. At the beginning to sell you the water system they try to give you there better service. But after they don't care to come and fix stuff. I recommend to look around for other water system companies before purchasing with superior. They r too expensive here. read more

My dear husband died last year so the water treatment hasn't been taken care of properly. Technician Robbie came today and after long hours of figuring out the problem, he got it running correctly again. I asked him to change to salt from Potassium and he did. We went through Costco, who uses Superior Water Treatment as their authorized local EcoWater dealer to outfit our house with a water distillation and softener system. It was by no means cheap, but I think it's worth the peace of mind due to the not so great quality of water here in Tucson. The manager/sales person, Richard, that initially came to the house to test our water and give us the spiel was incredibly friendly, down to earth, and knowledgeable. We did feel a little pressured to make a decision right then and there, but we continue to feel it is worth the quality water and peace of mind. Costco also provides a cash card that's 15% off the base price as well as 4% cash back on the Costco Visa card, which definitely helps. Alex and Tate came to the house the following week to install the equipment. They were polite and knowledgeable, and they went straight to work. Tate installed the equipment under the kitchen sink quickly, and Alex toughed it out in the hot sun soldering pipe to get the primary system connected to our water. All in all a pretty efficient and friendly experience. I hope to see the difference soon in my hair and skin! read more

Huge waste of money. Havent received all we were offered because its a third party....dont say it if its not going to happen. Have has issues with our system snd the last time someone came out he took a tray with him and left a paper towel. Big mistake and weve only had it a couple weeks read more

Our system was install 24 of aug. After they left we had questions. We called the office no response, l had to go to the office 27 of Sept. To get answers. Finally received the gift card they promised. Everyone passed the buck and some one lied, entered in computer that it was given at time of install. read more
