Dave and crew installed the eliminator system in my garage. Not an easy install as they had to trench under a walkway and drill out 3 holes in the block wall of the garage for pipes for starters. Bought a home in 2018 with both water softener and osmosis systems. Called Suntap in Jan 2019 to start yearly maintenance of the system with them. Have been happy with their service ever since! As well, the last 2 years we have had Luke out at our home going above and beyond for the safety and performance of our system. After a water pressure valve regulator went out on our home in Feb 2022 Luke made sure that our system had some additional safeguards put in until a permanent fix could be made. Dave fixed the original bad plumbing from when the house was built. Our system was installed on the same day that we have trash pick up. Dave's truck was blocking where the trash truck needed to drive. So Dave took it upon himself to move not only our trash cans out to where the trash truck could pick them up, he also moved our neighbors trash cans. The tech said "I used to be a mover, I can help you with that", and he did. He stopped what he was doing, went into the bedroom and helped me rotate my 100-pound mattress to the correct position. I have had a periodic leak under my kitchen sink since I purchased my home about 2 years ago. It wasn't a small leak; it was a flood-the-kitchen-floor leak. Two plumbers and a handyman later, the problem had still not been solved, and I was angry. I decided to find the leak myself. The next time my floor was flooded, I noticed water coming out of the air gap window in the faucet going to the PureH2O RO system. Why couldn't supposedly competent plumbers have found that? I called Sun Tap and the owner himself spent time on the phone explaining the issue. I decided I'd had enough of this inconvenient and wet nonsense and hired him to install a new RO system. The owner, Dave, just left my house, and I have never written a review so quickly. Wow! He installed a new system, at a fair price, and explained everything about it. He even routed the RO water to my refrigerator so I can now have better quality ice. I was impressed with his professionalism, timeliness, kindness, and quality of work. I have the worst luck with repair people, but not this time. I can't say enough good things about this company, and when my water softener goes, I will be on the phone to them immediately. They are extremely competitively priced, I got at least four estimates for a water softener system, and a RO system, and they're price was the best by several hundred $'s. The difference between this company and some others is that the person who came out to bid the job was also the installer so there were no hidden costs or surprises. They did a wonderful job installing our water softener and reverse osmosis system for a fair price. They even did a couple of extra things that weren't on the original bid. They drilled a hole in the countertop for our soap dispenser and replaced a part on our water shut-off outside. Instead of running the drain around the outside of the house, they got out their shovels and drill and ran the drain underground and beneath the sidewalk so it looked better. They didn't have to do that but chose to, even though it added much more work for them. They insulated and painted everything to match the exterior of the house. It actually looks better than when they started! It's refreshing to work with such a fair, honest, pleasant group of people like Sun Tap. read more
