Roma Pizza, located in Dover Delaware, undeniably offers some of the most exceptional pizza I have ever tasted. NY style pizza . Perfect for folding and thin crust. The crust is perfect . The chew . The sauce perfect balance between acidity & sweet and light. The cheese balanced just right. Not in the nicest shopping plaza but worth it. The price is so inexpensive I got three pies one regular, one with onion and green pepper, and one with pepperoni and all were delizioso. If your into thick crust and sweet sauce this is not your pizza place. Roma's is in Middletown and Bear as well. Delaware gives you a health score from the health dept. and they rate 99/100. I love the wings !!! Garlic Parm is the way to go! This is the spot for wings , I literally crave the taste of them! The fries are so good as well and are perfect with the wings. I wholeheartedly spend $15.24 for the wings and fries I guess that I'll talk about the customer service now though I could keep bragging about these WINGS! The customer service is always friendly , personable, and accurate. I've always got what I've ordered, it's always ready when they say. Please get these wings I can't stress to you enough. Just ordered delivery. It was a mess. Sauce everywhere. Only 1 set of silverware with one lame napkin (non absorbent). Fettuccine Alfredo was terrible. Bland, like Elmers Glue. No cheese anywhere. Broccoli was mushy and overcooked. Chicken was gross. Just don't. read more

We placed an order for delivery: gyro platter and mozzarella sticks. We were told to expect arrival no later than 30 minutes. More than an hour later, we called to check on our order. The lady informed us that she had just sent our order out for delivery after she realized it had been sitting for over an hour. She then said it would be another 30 minutes for delivery. She was rude and not apologetic at all. Half an hour later, it arrived. Cold, gross, and not fresh. We had to accept the order because we were working late at the office and had no other option for dinner. We called again and calmly explained the unsatisfactory situation. The man claiming to be the "manager" was very short with me. He sounded very preoccupied. He did not understand my enunciated American English. He asked me to repeat myself several times before he abruptly hung up. It pains me to write negative reviews. I always try to make a point in giving good reviews when deserved. I tip 20% minimum for good service. This ****** service was ******* ridiculous. read more

If I could give them ZERO STARS I WOULD. Garbage food. Ask for cheese, YOU GET NONE, ask for peppers YOU GET NONE ask for anything other than bread YOU GET CHARGED for it (they charge extra for each thing you ask for including lettuce) but it doesn't show up on the sandwich. This was not on the first order of mine but consistently over about three. Needless to say I will not order again. I wanted so see if it was just a bad thing once. I've only ordered takeout from here mostly because the area is sketchy. I've had the chicken and buffalo chicken sandwich, same thing but one is just smothered in buffalo sauce. The patties seem like the kind that were bought in bulk from a restaurant grocer, and frozen until someone places an order. Sandwiches are then topped with whatever you'd like. Picked up a meat lovers pie this afternoon, got it home, and the sausage smelled old and rotten. Called them, and they sent a new pizza home to replace it. Guess what? Replacement pizza is in the garbage -- even the dog won't touch it. Avoid this place for a while, at least until they sell all the old sausage to unsuspecting people who don't care if they suffer explosive sh*ts. Have been ordering from them for 3+ years, mostly for convenience. After this, doubt I'll be back. There are too many other pie bakers around who need and deserve the business. read more

We just recently moved to the area and absolutely love Roma! We go there for pizza frequently. They are always so friendly and banter behind the counter in Italian with one another. The Stromboli are massive and well priced too! Pizza is a thinner crust, coming from upstate NY I love thick crust but, theirs is simply delicious. Location wise, seems there are a few sketchy characters meandering around outside occasionally. We will be returning again soon! read more

not a fan. our place gets hoagie trays just about every week from here. they ALWAYS forget to bring something when delivering , forks, plates, cups, drinks. yea just throw that drink in my pocket next time. the turkey sub is ok, roast beef is so so, the Italian is made from?? dog meat in my eyes, nasty. I keep trying to get them to go somewhere else when the lunch order is made but I guess its the cheapest food they can get for work. Not recommended unless that's the last place on earth. read more
