He proactively pointed out areas where he thought would be a risk of water intrusion and mitigated that during the install. I will say that the NVR system is not for the technically challenged. It's very powerful in what it can do, which takes a lot of initial setup time. However, Daniel was able to help setup exactly what I needed. If he couldn't figure it out, we worked with the vendor to get the system completely dialed in. He did not stop until I was happy with my settings. Ami helped to coordinate installs was a total Angel because our schedule is Hectic and our project of sorting out multiple old systems, broken sensors and contacts, and a mess left by the old company (nothing was labeled or organized) required multiple visits and at odd times- I really appreciate that the installers were committed to doing everything right even though it took more equipment and time than we originally anticipated. Also love the head engineers that are familiar with lots of systems to help with random WiFi/network errors. The systems themselves are sleek and easy to use with the app. The sensors can be delayed or disabled for certain purposes. I also accidentally set off the alarm silently, they called me and the cops, and were able to call off the cops easily once confirming it was me. Lots of nice safety features to this alarm which Scott tested to make sure they worked as needed :) We compared to another well know local company that seemed a bit outdated (no app access/control) and a giant national company (expensive setup, less local, not as individualized attention). I deducted a star since I felt the sales rep wasted our time (it was very difficult to try to politely end the video call with him) by trying to tell us that consumer-grade cameras weren't going to meet our needs and he tried to upsell us by showing an unrealistic simulation of how fuzzy the images would look compared to their systems he wanted us to buy. Brian wasn't able to get one of our pre-existing wired professional camera system to work, and he dropped communication and delayed appointments by months several times while this was all happening, but I appreciate that he didn't charge us for this, so I'm just adding this as an FYI.
