We felt like some healthier take out and ordered from Rolltation for poke bowls. It was delicious! We got the umami bowl and the chicken teriyaki. I don't think we like the umami sauce that much with the bowl (spicy mayo). Perhaps something lighter and less creamy would've been better like a ponzu sauce of some sort. I think if Uber ordering allowed for option to choose sauce at the end, that would be awesome. However they did give us some light soy on the side. Really like that they have some unique toppings like tomago in the poke bowls. Overall a satisfying meal. Only downside is they gave us ONE fork, almost feel like deducting one point for that as we were not at home that day but onsite painting walls with 0 cutlery, it made it tricky to find a fork to eat it. read more

Had a great time visiting Toronto and hung out with friends downtown. Rolltation offers ample seating with large tables. I had never been to a fast food sushi burrito place before - it is so convenient! The food was satisfying and filling. The exact right portion for the level of hunger we had. The salmon sushi burrito packed the right amount of flavor and varied textures. Truly a great experience. read more

Was so excited to try Rolltation after craving for poke the whole week, but I don't know if my expectations were too high but I was a bit disappointed. I got the salmon poke bowl, and it came with a lot of less common poke bowl toppings like kale and red onion while missing out on classic poke toppings like seaweed. I felt like they skipped out a bit on the salmon as I had quite a bit of white rice and toppings left over but not a lot of salmon even after mixing. I feel like I can get a more satisfying poke bowl for around the same price at another nearby poke store. We also got the torched karaage which was definitely the highlight of the meal. While the portion seemed a bit small for 8 dollars, it was very delicious and worth every bite. The chicken was tender and the torched cheese added a nice kick. read more

I got the Karaage Deluxe Bowl ($14.25). The portion is large and overall it's pretty good. I'm not exactly sure what makes it deluxe but I assume because it comes with some egg? The Karaage is nothing special but it's definitely not bad. Overall, it's a decent rice bowl and a good portion of food. The rice bowl comes with your option of white or browl rice, karaage, some lettuce I think, ginger, and egg. It is not spicy at all. read more

Ordered in for delivery to take advantage of Doordash deal so can't speak to in restaurant experience but the food arrived well packaged and decently sized! Ordered the classic salmon sushi burrito (usually $16.99). There's an option to choose it as a poke bowl with rice or just veggies. Overall, pretty yummy and quite filling. Salmon portion was enough for me, although the sauce distribution ended up mostly at the ends of the burrito (you can ask for extra on delivery as well but I went with the typical amount). read more

Not the most mind blowing poke/rolls but still a decent place for some Wednesday afternoon takeout. The poké tasted pretty fresh, and the serving was packed to the rim. I personally didn't like that much ginger or sauce but not necessarily a negative ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ will put a note next time. I thought the takoyaki was amazing though, pipin' hot and bite-sized bits... I'm biased towards takoyaki read more

Great place to come for poke, sushi burrito or even build your own salad bowls too. I love their signature combos, like the Classic Salmon, Miso Salmon and the Teri Shrimp. I love Rolltation's miso sauce so I got extra extra sauce with my sushi burrito. The overall combination of sweet, savoury, crunch and texture was so great, and all wrapped up in one. Super great to eat on the go for students, located like 2 minutes away from Dundas TTC and Ryerson Campus. I recommend eating the sushi burrito fresh instead of waiting for too long, because the sauce can make the seaweed and rice kind of soggy when it's all wrapped up together Miso Salmon -$ 11.79 read more

A super delicious and flavourful meal. I ordered the miso salmon (lettuce, rice, salmon, tempura flakes, mango etc.) and the ingredients were all incredibly fresh and the service was fast as well. Will definitely be returning to try more of their poké bowls! The entire bowl came out to be around $13.50 read more

Lined up today for the free rolltation for the grand opening from 11-3pm. I was there at 1 and ended up getting my food at 2ish. They line up was curving around Gerard. They organized the event where a limited number of people, around 10 people are able to enter the restaurant, which made it super organized. They also handed out a menu order of which shurittos you can get. I got the regular salmon shurrito which had seaweed, mandarin, lettuce, and carrots all wrapped around rice and seaweed wrapper. The sushi rito ingredients were spread out well that when you grab a bite, you can taste all flavours at once. Super tasty fresh salmon and the veggies too. Service was great, I got my order right away. Definitely coming back to this location. read more

Had the Teriyaki Chicken burrito; very large, excellent value for the money. Came back again to have the curry grilled chicken, which was superb as well. Service was quick and efficient; friendly staff willing to explain the menu items. The ambiance is utilitarian, with a good amount of seating. read more

Delicious sushi burrito and quick service. We wanted to grab something quick to eat on the road on our way back to MTL. We got our burrito in less than 3 minutes. The rice burger took a bit longer. The ingredients were fresh and the ones in the pre-set signature rolls were a good combination. You can also make your own for a similar price. The wasabi aoli in the tuna burrito had the right amount of kick. The rice burger was good but lacked a bit of sauce. The place is extremely clean and the staff were friendly and nice. I love that they give the burritos in a container because it can get messy when you eat them. read more

Had my first meal here and was very impressed! Upon walking in, I was greeted with a friendly hello. The man working asked me if I'd been before and when I let him know I hadn't, he had a few recommendations ready and explained the menu and concept. I ordered a build your own bowl with brown rice and salmon. The toppings are all fresh, diverse, and plentiful! It's a really pretty display of choices. I also added avocado and seaweed salad for a dollar each. The bowl was very tasty and super filling! I had about a third and then took the rest home for later! Everything tasted very fresh and the quality was great. I would definitely go again if I wanted some poke!! Hopefully they have some smaller options as well :) read more

I've been eating Rolltation at the office a lot since the city lockdown began. I've always gotten a bowl rather than a burrito in an attempt to prevent gaining weight (haha). I've only gotten the classic salmon (& extra sauce when ordering with the kale noodles). Salmon portions are good and it tastes fresh. The kale noodles are surprisingly good but does get a little bitter after eating half. The bowl is really aesthetic with a plethora of colours. Their tempura bits are purple! The portion sizes are filling. However, it's just so pricey that I can't justify eating here more than once a week. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. read more

Was in the area around 1 PM on a Sunday. The lights were on but the place was closed(door locked, no one inside). I checked their hours everywhere it says they are open on Sundays. EDIT: thank you Chris, maybe check with your staff why they don't open on time? read more

I tried to come here for the buy one get one 50% off but unfortunately it was not until after 2. My friend ordered the Miso Salmon Sushi Burrito and I got the Wasabi Tuna Bowl. I thought it was really good! It had a lot of different toppings and a very interesting one called lotus chip which was a crunchy, mildly salty chip. The burrito was a lot for my friend so they didn't finish it. I would probably come back but not anytime soon, it is pretty expensive for the bowl, you don't get a lot and it's a good treat once in a while. They have seats inside so you don't have to worry about having to find somewhere else to sit. read more

I've been to Rolltation plenty of times but this was my first time visiting this location, and it was by far the best experience I've had! I placed my order to go, I got a build your own poke bowl with brown rice, salmon (I got extra salmon), kale, avocado, seaweed salad, edamame, carrots, cabbage, shrimp tempura and sesame seeds. Not only was the service fast, but the worker making my order was very generous with the portions of each toppings. Although premium toppings like avocado and seaweed salad are an extra cost, I felt like I got my money's worth with the portions she gave. I will definitely be returning to this location! read more

I've always wanted to try a sushirrito and this did not disappoint! It has a chipotle set up where you choose your toppings for a burrito, poke or salad. I got the salmon burrito ($11.79 - $2 for yelp checkin). Soooo good! Very fresh and tasty. I went with a friend who has a sesame allergy and they were very accommodating for her and have a card that indicates which items have common allergens. They have restrooms that require a code and seating. I'm not from Toronto but would def return if I'm ever back in the city! read more

If you're a sushi fan and you like burritos.. but it's true what that say, this stuff sort of tends to unravel as you try to devour it; the only thing missing here is one of those wet napkins to clean off your hands when you're done, but the food itself was great, I had the miso burrito and the ingredients were very fresh, I came in at 8:30pm so it was very quiet, but it's nice to know that late at night the ingredients are still fresh! Kind of to be expected for downtown TO, right? Anyway hats off to these guys, execution and atmosphere is excellent here, not sure what it's like during the rush. One suggestion I'd make: give me an app I can put in my dietary restrictions into and make it so when I walk in you already know what I want to order. Amazing idea, right? When you become billionaires for doing that, cut me a nice fat royalty cheque and another one of those miso burritos. read more

VERY OVERPRICED. I got the only vegetarian option sushi burrito and It didnt have much flavour to me.. but maybe if you get the actual sushi it will be okay. I liked the taste much more after i added soy sauce and the presentation is beautiful. But it takes a toll on the wallet, and in my opinion is overpriced for what I got. Its very filling though and the staff is very friendly and quick. read more

I really like this location of rolltation. Me and my colleagues often get classic salmon salad for lunch. The staff at this location is friendly and I like the customer service. The Yonge and carlton location has the worst customer service of all. There is this man always working there or maybe it's my misfortune that whenever I go there, he is there, he has the worst customer service skills and is extremely rude. Even a few of my friends have mentioned that. read more

Really great fast-food rolls - like sushi in a tortilla. Reasonably priced and worth a visit!

I live nearby and had passed by Rolltation (and their other locations) many times. After many pass-bys I determined it was time to give this intriguing concept food a shot. I won't be doing that again though. The concept food of sushi burrito seems like a nope to me. Kept it basic by trying the vegetarian sushi burrito. It was made with tasty enough when you break it down, but you kind of have to. Everything fell apart after a few bites but more than anything, using nori as a wrap is just kinda gross. You could just eat something else... they do appear to have other items that are not wraps. But why? That's kind of their shtick isn't it? They've been around a while so I assume there are people who like this concept. But it's definitely not for everyone. Ordered my lunch via Ritual and I will say this much: it was made lightning quick. read more

A new rolltation location in the heart of dundas! They were giving out free sushi burritos from 11am-3pm today and i had some time to kill so i decided to line up. I have heard of sushi burritos before, but today was my first time actually trying one. Despite the fact that i waited for two hours, the sushi burrito made it soooo worth it. I went with the kimchi beef sushi burrito and they packed the burrito with so many ingredients. They definitely did not skimp out on the meat which most places do! It was a super flavourful sushi burrito and everything was amazing! No complaints. I would definitely come back for another sushi burrito or try one of their salad bowls. read more

stingy staff. i should have complained they only gave me half as much as the other customers. this app is screwed up
