I am so disappointed I normally go here and I went tonight and recommended my family to got with me. The server that was helping us her name is Natalie was so rude! She did not ask if we wanted waters and when we finally did as for waters she was snappy and seemed upstairs that we weren't ready to order. Then for the duration of the time she did not once ask us if we were doing okay if we needed anything. I once asked her to come to the table because my dad had ran out of water, she looked at me and then went to another table and asked if everything was okay or if they needed anything and proceeded to walk past us and I had to wait for her to come back around so my dad could as for water. When my dad finally was able to ask for water she had got other people there food and waters that had asked after my dad and made sure she got his water last. She would not look at me for the rest of the night. So after all of this I was truly embarrassed to ever bring my family here and very disappointed because the food is amazing. So I tried to go over and talk to her after we had paid and asked if everything was okay and told her it seemed like she has an attitude with us, she then proceeded to be very belligerent and sarcastic and raised her voice and also interrupted me multiple times while I was trying to explain why I felt she had an attitude. So then I asked for the manager and she said "I am the manager, I'm right here" and so I asked for another manager knowing she was not the manager. Then she went to the back and called for her other coworker who was also not the manager and yelled "someone wants to talk to you apparently I had an attitude" the other person came out laughing and smiling and continued to do so while I was trying to explain what happened. And she then said "well maybe she was just busy". So then I asked what was the number to corporate, she then went to the back and another person a male this time came out and I am going to assume he was the manager I explained my situation and he apologized and gave me a $10 credit for next time. But while doing that both of the girls were still laughing and making faces at me. This was a very angering and embarrassing experience and I feel as though none of the employees were there for the customer including the manager they were all very belittling , I never normally write reviews but this was just unbelievable. I really hope that Natalie does not treat any other people the way she did us tonight. And idk maybe just order out instead of dining in. read more

Food was good, the Louisiana Cajun mild shrimp with head, was good, came with 2 corn pieces and 2 small potatoes(not add ons). The Cajun fries didn't taste Cajun, but they were still good and crispy. The guy that took or order did seem annoyed and when i placed my order i asked for water my daughter actually had to ask again because both employees just passed and kept forgetting. Today I ordered and while the guy told me it would be ready in 10 min it took more than 30min. The guy at the from just walks around without even asking why you're there. Pricing wasn't bad I think pretty typical for a seafood boil place , great menu options. We got the pound of shrimp without the heads for an extra buck, and pound of clams . They come already with the corn and potatoes so we stuck with that. Got the rolling crab seasoning, I asked the man what was in this seasoning and he just told me to look at the table that already had food on it and that was the seasoning so thats where I mean the customer service wasn't the best because idk how to decipher the flavors based off that lol but from what I can tell I think it was a mix of all flavors butter, garlic , Cajun, lemon etc. It was delicious ! The food came out pretty fast , nice hot and juicy! I LOVE that they give you bibs as well as some pretty good quality gloves , most places charge extra so that was super dope! When I arrived an employee said give it five more mins for it to be ready so I sat at a table waiting. 25 minutes go by and I was still waiting, so I went to go check in with the cashier and the bag was sitting on the counter the whole time.
