Butcher paper are placed on our tables with menus following. We ordered Boba, strawberry smoothies (our smoothies weren't quite sweet enough, and something was missing to make them the best they could be), and Sprite (in a bottle). We also ordered two lobster tails, which came with two corn and two potato sides and Combo Grilled Platters. The lobster tails were generous, packed with meat and flavor. Rolling Crab offers a variety of flavors: Rolling Crab Classic, Louisiana Cajun, Lemon Pepper, and Garlic Butter. Bibs and gloves are available, and you can choose the lobster tails mild, medium, or super spicy, or go for the original. They come in buckets. The Combo Grilled Platters were generous portions, though we wished for more shrimp. The flavor was excellent, though. The restaurant was clean and cozy, with a small space that could easily accommodate a large group. We didn't feel rushed at all, even though it wasn't packed. We noticed a lot of takeout orders, but overall, the service was great, and the food was delicious. We're definitely planning to return! read more

Wonderful awesome amazing service! Visiting with our party of 8 we were well taken care of. Space for groups to gather. Inside was organized and clean. Hands down the best Shrimp Boil I've had. This is coming from eating Boiling crab and Kickin Kasian out in the Valley. Hands down the best. I got the 1LB Garlic butter and Louisiana Cajun mix. It already includes two corns and two potatoes. So I just added my usual Quail eggs, sausage, and scallops. Also a side of steam rice and clam chowder . The shrimp was huge! Absolutely disgusting, I ordered the 1 lb shrimp headless and I picked up 8:30 pm and when I got home I was ready to grub because I come here plenty of times and the food is usually don't have an issue. I ate a few pieces and they were way over cooked but then grossly squishy in the middle l. It was too late to call the restaurant because they close at 9pm. I called when they opened next day and they said they could give me a $5 coupon I spent $40 on this food with drinks for having a disgusting meal I couldn't eat at that. I did get sick from it and they then said well can you bring the food in I said not I threw up on it and threw it away. They said there's nothing I can do it's policy. Alright no worries I will be taking my money elsewhere. The Fork & Knife folks may want to loosen up their sleeves a bit, because it's gonna get messy..! But they have bibs. And gloves! The folks seating and attending to us were very nice, checking in periodically, and explaining things completely before ordering. We had the fried oysters as an appetizer, and once they cooled down enough to eat, which is NEVER a problem, as cooked and brought directly to your table, to cool down, always beats sitting on a counter somewhere, forgotten about, and cooling off too much... no thanks. But these were very fresh and tasted great. I admittedly haven't had too many things on their menu, but between myself and my dear culinary co-pilot-for-life, I feel good about what they have going. Shrimp can be a difficult item to get absolutely correct for the given dish, but they hit the mark spot-on with both the shell on and pealed varieties I've tried. The House Sauce is my favorite so far, but as noted, I've not tried them all. I'm not too into 'THE BURN', so I'll stick with the mild level, thanks. I like to taste the food I'm eating rather than have its flavor covered up by too much heat. But that''s just my preference. Wifey had the combo with beef, chicken and shrimp and said it was all done nicely, nothing overcooked. The lo main noodles looked correct. All good there. Do I want to try the king crab legs..? You Betcha..! A bit pricey for my billfold, at least here. I'll wait for a trip to Water Grill or Original Seafood to pop for their pricey but amazing crag legs. But who knows... 1st time trying cajun foods in Palmdale location and I'm glad there's a decent seafood spot close to home. I'm a big seafood lover and so glad that this place is 5-10mins away from my bf's place. We don't have to drive so far to LA or Rancho vista by the mall to get some Cajun food. Surprisingly, the seafoods is really good and my favorite flavor would be the Louisiana Cajun. I would recommend this flavor if you want more of the boiling crabs taste. However, I wish their menu they would put white rice as an option. It would be nice to enjoy the seafood flavors with white rice to help ease the spice level. I love how they provide good bibs and gloves for us. The staffs are really friendly and would go around each tables asking if we are good and if we need anything else. I ordered some Thai tea on the side with boba and the the Thai tea drink is also good. I love that I can order boba drinks from here. She did not know the menu and first insisted they did not have salad and then said we would have to pay extra to have salad with the combo platter. We had taken menus to a table and then we had to go up to the counter to order. Another server arrived at 6:30 and customers after us were given menus and able to order at their table. Crab fries consisted of cold crab meat in a mayonnaise sauce over hot, freshly made French fries. Onion rings also nicely done. Combo platter had 4 shrimp, tough leathery beef strips and fatty lumps that should have been chicken. I was not sure. I could not finish it. No choice of dressing for the salad. Lettuce was gritty and dressing probably Honey Mustard instead of the ranch dressing the young lady mentioned. Back again!!!! I was craving shrimp which I often do and I'm so glad there's this one close to me! This time I tried some new stuff on the menu. The clam chowder was really good. I'd definitely recommend. The only thing is the crab fries is up for discussion. At first it was disappointing because I assumed it was real crab in it but it was imitation crab. (Didn't read the menu closely) At first it tasted alright but then I felt the need to keep tasting it to decide if I love it or not. I took it to go so I feel like fries need to be fresh but honestly I'd prob order them again lol. Everything was really good as usual. Also the service is always good. I am so disappointed I normally go here and I went tonight and recommended my family to got with me. The server that was helping us her name is Natalie was so rude! She did not ask if we wanted waters and when we finally did as for waters she was snappy and seemed upstairs that we weren't ready to order. Then for the duration of the time she did not once ask us if we were doing okay if we needed anything. I once asked her to come to the table because my dad had ran out of water, she looked at me and then went to another table and asked if everything was okay or if they needed anything and proceeded to walk past us and I had to wait for her to come back around so my dad could as for water. When my dad finally was able to ask for water she had got other people there food and waters that had asked after my dad and made sure she got his water last. She would not look at me for the rest of the night. So after all of this I was truly embarrassed to ever bring my family here and very disappointed because the food is amazing. So I tried to go over and talk to her after we had paid and asked if everything was okay and told her it seemed like she has an attitude with us, she then proceeded to be very belligerent and sarcastic and raised her voice and also interrupted me multiple times while I was trying to explain why I felt she had an attitude. So then I asked for the manager and she said "I am the manager, I'm right here" and so I asked for another manager knowing she was not the manager. Then she went to the back and called for her other coworker who was also not the manager and yelled "someone wants to talk to you apparently I had an attitude" the other person came out laughing and smiling and continued to do so while I was trying to explain what happened. And she then said "well maybe she was just busy". So then I asked what was the number to corporate, she then went to the back and another person a male this time came out and I am going to assume he was the manager I explained my situation and he apologized and gave me a $10 credit for next time. But while doing that both of the girls were still laughing and making faces at me. This was a very angering and embarrassing experience and I feel as though none of the employees were there for the customer including the manager they were all very belittling , I never normally write reviews but this was just unbelievable.
