The owners are totally committed and provided great information, as did the sales/installation folks we have interacted with. Recently we contacted nearly a half dozen companies for a residential job and spoke with them all; and concluded we were best served, and most competitive pricing from All About Doors. So this was a recent full test of them (again) and they passed with flying colors. All About Doors has our highest recommendation!

Contacted All About Doors last week as my garage door was making noises that it shouldn't make. I…read morewas hoping to get someone to come out before the end of the week but to my surprise, the same day! Randy was the young man that came out to service my noisy garage door. He had me open and close it and then started meticulously working on the adjustments that were needed. He kept using his torpedo level so it is safe to assume my door was never installed correctly and the cause of my noise. Randy checked multiple times before declaring that the door is fixed. If you able to, ask for Randy, he knows what he is doing and will give you his 13+ years of experience and it shows by the results. I had someone come out previously to repair the issue and in less than a week, the noise returned. This is why I waited after a week before posting this review, extremely happy with the results.

Let me start by saying that if I reviewed this when I first had the door installed, I would have…read moregiven Ose and the company 4 or 5 stars. Please see review below. More than happy to answer any direct questions Interaction: Ose is unreliable. He installed my garage in 2015. I had multiple issues where the garage wouldn't work or fall off the track and it took him 3-days+ to come out and fix it. He then flat out refused to come to my house to fix the broken garage door which he installed and does not pick up Mechanical: Ose installed an INDOOR Janus mini pantheon device and an INDOOR aluminum door for an OUTDOOR roll-up garage with wooden posts (more on this later). He did not run electricity to the garage so we had to run an extension cord from my house to the device.... yes, I spent $12k on a garage with an extension cord from my house powering the mechanics of the garage. And Ose didn't tell me this until after everything was installed and asked me how I wanted to power the garage. So, given that the indoor panel/device was installed (mind you I did not know this at the time of installation), I asked Ose what he was going to do to protect the device. So instead of having an answer, the team went to Home Depot and bought a plastic storage bin to fit around the panel... Pictures attached. Additionally, the door does NOT have motion sensors in the event something is in the way of the door, it stops or reverses back to the top. THe door will continue to drop either injuring a person, or getting stuck on a device (a garbage bin) and continue to roll down, folding the door on top of itself. Lastly - I had 4 other garage companies come to the house to look at the problem and all 4 asked "why are you using wooden posts to support the tracks and motor?" All 4 recommended that the garage be installed on metal posts for longevity and to support the weight of the garage door parts. Also, as I mentioned that the door came off the track... well, wood warps in the weather elements of the area... so that answered that question. More on the story: I've had the garage for 5+ years and 4 months ago, the garage completely stopped working. I called Ose and he said he would come to my house to fix it, he never came. I called again on the main line and scheduled an appointment with the receptionist, I then received a call the day of the appointment from the Receptionist that Ose had already come to my house and the garage "cannot be fixed." Can we just take a moment and reflect on that, #1 he never came to my house and #2 the garage "cannot be fixed"? After interviewing 4 more companies on the issues with my garage, I have had to find another company BBB Garage to actually install a completely new garage with metal posts, a steel door, and an OUTDOOR device and motor which can withstand the elements. Moral of the story: DON'T under any circumstances work with Legman garage. Their work is shoddy, their customer service is non-existent, the materials they use are incorrect for the installation, and when things break, they don't fix their own work. Don't be lured by their less expensive prices, it will cost you more than double in the long run.

I received a call at 7 a.m. the next day (a holiday Monday) and the gentleman showed up 25 minutes later. The young man was very courteous, polite and efficient. These guys installed my opener 5 years ago and I have never had an issue. I must say, most garage door companies either never return calls or are in business for a short while - then mysteriously go away. I was glad these guys were still around five years later.
