They told me that they could get somebody out that same day however little did I know that they're were gonna try to play the old bait and switch. Initially he tells me that its going to cost $375 to fix. I thought that was reasonable so I said okay. He proceeds to take apart the garage door spring and start working. He then goes out to his car comes back and then tries to tell me that the type of spring that I'm going to need is gonna cost $900-$1250 not including labor! I looked at him like he was f****** crazy! I told him there's no way I can afford that and that he needed to leave! Then, he sees the look on my face and tells me "let me talk to my manager" and then pretends to go to his car and make a phone call. He comes back a minute later and tells me it would be just $900 labor included. I told him I still can't afford it! He goes back AGAIN and "calls" his manager and this time they're willing to do it for $600. I told them all I have is five hundred at which time they agreed. The fact that I had to go through this kind of game pisses me off! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! (Almost forgot -, the technician arrived smelling like weed with his eyes glazed over which should have been a red flag.. Oh well I live and learn)

When I went into the garage I noticed the spring at the top of the door was broken and the cables on the sides of the doors were loose. I called Terry with Service Garage Door and he was available to come out the same day and repair it a reasonable price. Terry has been repairing garage doors for over 15 years and had everything needed complete the job. Terry was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Let me start by saying that if I reviewed this when I first had the door installed, I would have…read moregiven Ose and the company 4 or 5 stars. Please see review below. More than happy to answer any direct questions Interaction: Ose is unreliable. He installed my garage in 2015. I had multiple issues where the garage wouldn't work or fall off the track and it took him 3-days+ to come out and fix it. He then flat out refused to come to my house to fix the broken garage door which he installed and does not pick up Mechanical: Ose installed an INDOOR Janus mini pantheon device and an INDOOR aluminum door for an OUTDOOR roll-up garage with wooden posts (more on this later). He did not run electricity to the garage so we had to run an extension cord from my house to the device.... yes, I spent $12k on a garage with an extension cord from my house powering the mechanics of the garage. And Ose didn't tell me this until after everything was installed and asked me how I wanted to power the garage. So, given that the indoor panel/device was installed (mind you I did not know this at the time of installation), I asked Ose what he was going to do to protect the device. So instead of having an answer, the team went to Home Depot and bought a plastic storage bin to fit around the panel... Pictures attached. Additionally, the door does NOT have motion sensors in the event something is in the way of the door, it stops or reverses back to the top. THe door will continue to drop either injuring a person, or getting stuck on a device (a garbage bin) and continue to roll down, folding the door on top of itself. Lastly - I had 4 other garage companies come to the house to look at the problem and all 4 asked "why are you using wooden posts to support the tracks and motor?" All 4 recommended that the garage be installed on metal posts for longevity and to support the weight of the garage door parts. Also, as I mentioned that the door came off the track... well, wood warps in the weather elements of the area... so that answered that question. More on the story: I've had the garage for 5+ years and 4 months ago, the garage completely stopped working. I called Ose and he said he would come to my house to fix it, he never came. I called again on the main line and scheduled an appointment with the receptionist, I then received a call the day of the appointment from the Receptionist that Ose had already come to my house and the garage "cannot be fixed." Can we just take a moment and reflect on that, #1 he never came to my house and #2 the garage "cannot be fixed"? After interviewing 4 more companies on the issues with my garage, I have had to find another company BBB Garage to actually install a completely new garage with metal posts, a steel door, and an OUTDOOR device and motor which can withstand the elements. Moral of the story: DON'T under any circumstances work with Legman garage. Their work is shoddy, their customer service is non-existent, the materials they use are incorrect for the installation, and when things break, they don't fix their own work. Don't be lured by their less expensive prices, it will cost you more than double in the long run.
