The man on the phone told my wife that the least he could do is take a look at if if we brought it in - no guarantees, but it was worth a shot. We got to the store and one of the employees came out to look at the chair and told us to bring it on in and they'd see what they could do. Within about twenty minutes, the wheel as fixed, the tires were fully inflated and we were back to enjoying our weekend! Aside from being very helpful, everyone working here was incredibly friendly. To top it all off, they have some of the most comfortable T-shirts I've ever worn! Thank you so much for everything - this is one of the rare times that I would give six stars if I could!

Stopped by yesterday to check out this newish store but they were closed. By appointment only on…read moreMonday and Tuesday. Weird. Came back today to see what it was all about. Turns out this isn't your average bike store; it's super specialized, electric bikes only. Currently the stock is pretty slim, only two brands, but more are expected down the road. They will also eventually service electric bikes. Other than a few helmets, the store didn't appear to carry anything other than bikes. From the sound of it, it might stay that way. The owner, I presume, was very friendly and helpful and answered a slew of questions about power, production, country of origin, etc. I hope they prosper. With such a slim selection, this may not be easy, but two sales a month will probably cover rent. Average price tag was $1500.
