My friend and I came in hoping to get some help after having a terrible experience at another shoe store. We were immediately greeted by Mya and she was able to quickly explain their assessment process. Once she reviewed the way we walk and our shoe size, she was able to pick multiple pairs of shoes for us to try. Each pair was unique to our needs and were amazing. We each ended up really liking a pair as well as the insoles she suggested. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. She was able to give us good advice and information when we asked a million questions. If you ever need running shoes I highly recommend coming here. I visited to buy new shoes for Orangetheory, so I needed a shoe that could support running, rowing, and weight floor work. Craig helped me out and he was fantastic! He checked the way I walked to see what kind of shoe I needed, brought me several pairs to try on, seamlessly broke away when he needed to attend to other customers but never forgot about me, and when I decided on a shoe and wanted a color they didn't have in the Dublin store, he helped order it for me from Pickerington. He even found an Orangetheory specific coupon for me to bring the price down! I was also pleased with the quick delivery - I didn't get to the door fast enough to meet the driver, but he left me a kind voicemail to let me know he'd dropped my shoes off. I visited the Dublin store today when they were busy which is fine. I made eye contact with both employees who were assisting other customers so they knew I was in the store and I moved out of the way and stood by the counter. I continued waiting for 15 to 20 minutes as two additional customers came into the store and were greeted and waited on while I continued standing at the counter. I am an older male in my 60s and the customers who arrived after me, and were helped before me, were high school girls. The two employees were young men probably in their 20s. As I left the store one of the male employees said I can help you after I finish up with her. I said, I don't think so and left the store. It's back to Front Runner for me. read more

Rita helped us after I explained we were just doing some cursory research for my middle school daughter entering her first season of cross country. We were clearly not buying today but Rita took her time with us and walked us thru a fitting. I explained we may purchase at a outlet store while on vacation but it didn't deter her thoroughness and care. I've been shopping at this shop since I moved to Columbus last year. They have great employees who really know their stuff about running apparel, accessories, and shoes. Both times I've purchased new shoes I have been lucky enough to have the store owner helping me. He is a wealth of knowledge about running in the Dublin and Columbus area and can help you with all your running questions. They'll watch you walk or run and find you the best shoe for your gait. Yes, I'm partial to the CRC because I've been running with them for a few months now, but if you came out to one of their group runs you'd understand. Every Saturday at 8AM (yes, it is early, but it feels fantastic) there are a few dozen people together to go out running. They've recently started having pace group leaders who will help you stay on track, everything from 8 minute (this runner will go faster if you ask nicely) to 12 minute pace. People usually run from two to fifteen miles and they mark the path so you know exactly how far you've gone. Everytime I've gone there is someone at my pace who runs with me and keeps me going farther. One of the pace group leaders is an ultramarathoner and her stories will keep you motivated like you wouldn't believe. There are plenty of places to shop for running gear in Columbus but I personally think that CRC is the best. Go in and check it out for yourself! read more

The selection in the store is rather limited but they will order you anything you want and personally deliver it to your house. This place is good for individual attention , running shoes & socks. Truly, this company loves the sport of running. From XC to distance racing - they support the community via events, kids programs and races. They give back by hosting weekend runs, and bring in vendors for product tests. Their staff is competent, kind and focused on customer service. They were voted the #1 running store (set of stores) in the US by Competitor magazine and the IRRA (Independent Running Retail Association). Can't get any better than that. read more

I received horrible customer service from the Dublin store. I was told that they did not have the size of the shoe that I wanted in any of their stores and that they would order them and that they would call me when they came in. I never received a phone call and when I called them I was told that the shoe was never ordered. I went to a competitor and got the shoes the same day. read more
