I started with Dr. Sarah and after she transferred to Florida, I wasn't sure whether I would stay or try a new Acupuncturist. Dr. Mary ensured me that I should give Dr. Dan a chance. I'm happy she did and I accepted. From a range of the following ailments: achy knees, non-stop burning feet, intestinal & digestive system issues, severe allergies, sinus infections, joint pain to name a few, since consistently visiting EEA at least twice months, I have continued to feel much better and there is nothing that will stop me from returning to EEA. Dr. Dan is patient, understanding, attentive, and gives me his undivided attention, keenly listening to a long list of ailments & others, and immediately gets on board to address every one of them within the few minutes of therapy session allowed. He perfectly completes his work, and I walk out of the office ready to face the business ahead of me etc., until my next session. This is the best Acupuncture center in the state and, in my opinion, in the whole world. Thank you, Dr. Dan T., Rachel, Katie, Mary and the massage therapist. Dr. Dan T., you are awesome and the best in your field. See you soon. Queen B.

Couldn't recommend her more (but also kind of want to keep her a secret so I don't have to fight for an appointment!)

She practices myofascial bodywork; her massages are the strongest I've ever had. I frequently yell during it! However, for severe muscle soreness, this helps so much. I feel better for a solid week or two after. You can book online, and payment is easy in person (she takes cash and cards and maybe checks?). You can park behind, on the side, or in front of the building on the street. I love that she has evening and weekend hours. Steph herself is easy to talk to, caring, and quirky. I adore her. If I'm going to be naked in front of someone, she's my top pick. I'm looking forward to going back in a few weeks.

No joke: Greg Knight changed my life. Going for a trial session with him after receiving a glowing…read morerecommendation from a friend turned out to be one of the best decisions I have ever made. So, if you are looking for a Rolfer, if you are new to Rolfing and want to see what all of the hullabaloo is about, OR if you have no idea what Rolfing is -- go see Greg. I say this with passionate resolve and without reservation. Yes, the name Rolfing sounds weird, but I guess if your name is Ida Rolf and you develop your own form of structural alignment therapy, you are gonna want it to bear your last name. Hence Rolfing. (No, silly, not ROFLing!) Ahem. As I said, Rolfing is structural alignment therapy that focuses on the manipulation of your fascia to get your body back to healthy. A session looks like physical therapy and massage had a bodywork baby. Anyhoo, I am a dancer and have been dancing since the tender age of three. As a dancer, my body has gotten into certain habits that were great for my beat-up young dancer body, but not great to sustain a healthy aging body. I had pain in my lower back, veritably zero motion in my hips, and my weight was unevenly distributed over my toes causing problems in my legs and knees. Enter Greg. After a series of ten hour-long treatments, not only did my body feel looser, stronger, more able to adapt to its environment - but I could visibly see the results. It was truly amazing. Now, I go every month or so for upkeep. Because Rolfing is such an intimate therapy (yes, you do have to be in your skivvies), I found Greg to be a perfect presence. He's super chill without being distant and is just dorky and self-effacing enough to put me at ease. Yes, some of my sessions are emotional and challenging because Rolfing literally undoes years of 'doing' that is encoded my muscles, bones, and fascia - but again, Greg handles my opposition with gentle persistence. Any discomfort is totally worth it, though, as I always leave feeling taller, lighter, more lithe, and more connected to my body. Greg is the man. Do not let the price of each session dissuade you. Give him a call, chat with him, and try a trial session. I found the money spent to be totally worth it, and I made sacrifices to be able to afford it. Bonus: If you have a Health Savings Account, that money can be spent on Rolfing.

I went her clinic almost every week to every two weeks when I was doing Masters of Public Health, and she served me like as my primary care physician.
