They had lots of different equipment and exercise stations for me to receive lots of different treatment. They did a great job adjusting my treatment as my recovery moved along. After following their detailed program for many months, I was able to fully recover and my surgeon cleared me to resume all my prior activities. This was an extremely painful recovery which involved breaking through scar tissue, and getting my knee to bend from 30 degrees, back to full motion. Stephen was outstanding! When the pain got rough, he was great at distracting me or at least making me laugh and not focus so much on my leg. The moments when I felt like I'd never recover he was great at being encouraging, while remaining honest. He spends a lot of time answering any questions, and I never felt rushed. I honestly can't believe the progress I've made, it seemed so impossible but Stephen got me through. You will not regret having PT here. Jodie and Diane at the front desk are also so kind and helpful. They go the extra mile to make sure you have the appointments you need, and that your insurance is all in order. I am really glad I came here! I have tried infrared saunas in the past, but the ones where it is…read morelike a cedar dry sauna with the light panels inside. This is a different kind. This kind is the far infrared chamber where you lie down. It was nice! They are really generous with providing a layer of clean, fresh towels covering the entire bed and pillow. I wasn't sure if it would be too hot. It turns out it was so relaxing I fell asleep in like 10 minutes!! I think since my head was out of the chamber, the heat was tolerable and I woke up drenched in sweat!! I had that buzzy endorphin feel after working out! David and his mother who run it are really nice, helpful and passionate about what they do. David was able to explain the whole process and how the far infrared sauna works. They both were really kind and happily took the my time answering questions. It was not packed, but they were steadily busy when I went. I fall asleep really easily so I did not have any issue with background noise, but for folks who are light sleepers you might want to bring ear plugs, but they also provide them for you if you forgot to bring them. I didn't need them. In the front they also sell crystals, drinks to hydrate, gifts and other fun stuff. Thank you!

I received a cryotherapy treatment here and sustained a significant cold burn/injury during the treatment. I developed a blistered/bubbled area of skin, experienced significant pain, and have been dealing with the injury and healing process for weeks. This has had a meaningful impact on my day-to-day activities and overall quality of life. I believe anyone considering cryotherapy should be fully informed about the potential risks and should feel confident that appropriate safety procedures are being followed. My experience has left me questioning whether adequate precautions and safeguards were in place during my treatment. I am sharing this review based on my personal experience so that prospective customers can make an informed decision. I hope the facility takes what happened seriously and evaluates its cryotherapy procedures, staff training, and safety protocols to help prevent someone else from experiencing what I did.
