I had an unexpected dental issue, and was unfamiliar with dental practices in the area. After a thorough web search, this practice (with a 4.9 star rating!) looked perfect and I made a same day appointment. I wasn't disappointed. From the moment you "check-in" with "Jennifer" at the front reception you know you're in very capable hands. She was absolutely wonderful, genuinely friendly, and a perfect ambassador for the office. Next was the dental hygienist, "Allie," who spent considerable time making sure my issue would be perfectly attended to, and successfully completed. And ultimately Dr. Toor, who finalized my visit and offered his expertise, advice, and assurance that my problem was resolved. I say this a lot in my reviews: "You can't teach people to like people. It's a behavior, and not something that can be trained." I hate the dentist!! I had so much work done as a kid and got my wisdom teeth out while being awake and I was pretty traumatized. David has personally gone above and beyond to provide his patients with personalized care that considers the whole patient. He listens to your special needs he is kind and happy and it permeates the whole office. Recently my mouth got in a fight with a watermelon Jolly Rancher, JR won and it cost me a filling! Sadly I had to end my long-term relationship with the Jolly Rancher, we're not even remaining friends, too destructive, too abusive, it's over for good! I needed to find a new dentist and decided to try Dr. Satnick for one simple reason, there were no negative reviews anywhere, infact I couldn't find any reviews. When I first arrived the first thing that caught my attention was how warm and inviting the waiting area was. Clean, beautifully furnished, no kids toys scattered across the floor, nice. The front desk Manager Judy was just as warm as was everyone else including Dr. Satnick. I appreciated the very short wait time, I think it was all of about 4 minutes, they understand the meaning of appointment. They also text you an appointment reminder which I found to be useful. If I only had four words to sum up the rest of this review they would be; "I felt no pain". Not only did I feel no pain, I felt zero discomfort, I didn't even feel either of the two injections to numb any potential pain! Dr. Satnick and his assistant Debra worked together in perfect harmony as they repaired my tooth, it was like watching a ballet...Imagine that at the dentist? I was not over charged, I was not bombared with upselling, everone was so warm, so professional, the whole experience was very impressive. My tooth looks beautiful. Even though he offers a free "meet and greet" at the office, I chose to make an appointment for an exam and I am very glad I did.
