Dr. Teresa is truly passionate about science and dentistry. She takes a more holistic approach, incorporating biomimetic dental treatment, and was extremely thorough during my exam. She was honest, never tried to upsell me, and genuinely cares about her patients. I've also had two cleanings with different hygienists, and both did a superb job keeping my smile healthy and bright. Every staff member has been gentle and attentive, and the receptionist is straightforward and cheerful, which I love. The office is located in a little house on Main Street and has a homey feel. Dr. Monzon is friendly and takes her time getting your history and doing the exam. It was my first visit and I felt like she was very thorough. I also liked the other people working there--the receptionist, the assistant in the exam room and the dental hygienist. It can be challenging to find a dentist you feel comfortable seeing, but the team here has been excellent on both occasions. Very thorough initial work-up, followed by a routine cleaning. Been going to Dr Monzon for many years, she's always professional and kind. All staff are polite and do their job well. Hygienist yesterday was thorough and nothing about the experience was uncomfortable. The music was just on in the background, not noisy or anything like in other offices (are you listening, orthodontist where my kids go??) I opted for the additional ozone treatment, having researched its effects on the body. You'd have to ask for it; they never try to upsell you on anything. To her, you are not just a patient, but you are a person in need (and many times in pain). You feel welcome from the moment you step inside the office. Everyone is warm and down to earth.
