My kids actually liked going here for braces and were happy to go to appointments. My family was quoted a very high price for braces through their regular dentist. I decided that I needed to compare prices and soon found the McDade office. Upon entering i realized I may have picked an expensive one because the place was very nice, comfortable and clean. The even had a table for games for the kiddos. Not those online devices to play games but actual hands on creative toys (my son runs to this area). The staff was very pleasant and attentive. When I had questions they answered them and soon we had a quote that was well under what I expected. My kids were very nervous but the staff was very kind and patient. They were able to calm my kids so much they didn't get scared or upset to visit the office in the future. We regularly arrived and were called by name not asked who we were. When you came in you felt like a friend not a customer. I would arrive early to appointments and the staff would still get us in and out quickly. Even a couple times I was late and they didn't change their pleasant demeanor and got us in. My kids never had a complaint about pain, the staff or anything. They always left smiling. read more

I have nothing but great stuff to say about my experience choosing McDade Orthodontics for my daughter's braces. The staff is amazing, scheduling and reminders are consistent, the office is cheerful and clean, and best of all my kid has a beautiful smile now. I highly recommend. She would not allow me to share a picture of said smile. Teenagers, man. read more

Dr. McDade and his staff are excellent especially Arcilia and RJ.

Dr. McDade and his staff are amazing! I have been seeing him for just over 2 years now and I'm so happy with the results! He gave me a time frame of how long it would take to correct my teeth, and we met that goal with ease. It 100% pays to follow his instructions for wearing rubber bands!!! What makes the whole process even better is their customer service! They are very flexible and accommodating with scheduling and are always prompt and on time for appointments. The girls are friendly, caring, and skilled, which makes the appointments more enjoyable. I would highly recommend them to anyone! read more

We drive almost an hour to see Dr. McDade. I am so glad I found him, he is very friendly and informational and takes you through each step of the process. The staff have been there a long time and are very friendly and flexible when it comes to scheduling. My daughters teeth look amazing and I really had doubts about the outcome in the beginning as her front teeth were pretty bad. Also, the prices are very affordable compared to other orthodontists. You will find a very beautiful and comfortable office environment and you feel like family after a while. So blessed I found him. Thank you Dr. McDade! read more

Dr McDade has been our Orthodontist for over 12 years. He treated both my girls with braces and they both have beautiful teeth now! My youngest had an open bite, narrow mouth and tongue thrust and thru Dr.Mcdades knowledge and expertise, he was able to do wonders with her! Her teeth turned out beautiful! His staff is so friendly and accommodating and always go out of their way to help us! I even got retainers to correct my teeth that started shifting over the years-by wearing at night I now have straight teeth again. If your looking for a great, knowledgeable, orthodontist up on the latest technology, Dr McDade is for you! read more

Mark McDade does not know what he is doing. Children have perfect teeth to begin with so anybody can straighten them. If your child has any unique circumstances, all bets are off. He won't admit it, but this guy has no issue pulling teeth, bending brackets (while they are in your child's mouth) or grinding down teeth throughout treatment and as his finishing touch, basically whatever to force teeth positioning. Yes - Force with a capital F. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY. read more

Great orthodontist but having 3 different offices, in 2 different counties is not very convenient for your parents when they must schedule around his traveling to those offices. Having to reschedule for 6 weeks in the future to meet his timing is not what I was hoping for. read more

After a poor experience with another orthodontist, we asked around and found the well recommended Dr. McDade. Our experience this time was night and day. Everything was explained in detail up front, appointments were easy to make, and the well run front office we found to be always friendly, cordial, and helpful. Dr. McDade is easy to work with, has a wealth of experience, and works hard to keep his patients happy. And unlike others, he sets reasonable progress goals and keeps them.
