We interacted with Dr. Niloofar Farahani and her office manager, Serena. The practice is the most unprofessional, disorganized, incompetent, and dishonest I have dealt with. I am deeply sorry for my daughter's experience and how she was treated. Go somewhere else. We are much happier with the new pediatric dentist who took time to explain everything and a competent front desk staff who proactively get treatment authorization from my daughter's oncologist and contact my insurance to get treatment approved...all the things this practice failed to do.

Serena was great as well going over cost and scheduling. Fast forward to yesterday preparing her for the appointment she said absolutely not that she was going to run once we got to the office. Well let me tell you Dr. Niloo, Serena & Sophia took care of my girl better than I could have imagined. My children have been coming to this dental office for some year now and they look forward to it each time. The front desk employees are always welcoming and helpful. I'm able to make their appointment each time with no issues and they even send me a text message to remind me of their upcoming appointments each time. The dentist hygienist and dentist are great with my kids! They seem to really care about them and their comfort. One thing that really stands out to me is that they ask my children if they have any questions not just me. Everything is also very clean and comfortable.
