We love Sugarbug! The providers are always so patient with my girls. We always leave with a positive experience!!

My son needed a filling and it was his first time receiving dental treatment other than routine exams. He was nervous but the doctor was patient and provided caring treatment. My son enjoyed the overhead tv and the nitrous oxide took the edge off. He had a wonderful experience. One cavity in 12 years was made to be not so bad, thank you Sugarbug. read more

I have had the best experience with Dr. Noam - he is always incredibly patient and gentle with my son with ASD. I can't thank him enough for the amazing job he always does! Our son is 10 years old and nobody has applied the same professionalism and care. Amazing doctor with a gentle soul, passionate and gifted. I have the highest respect for him. Hard to find such a gem... Thank you Dr. Noam for making our son comfortable - we appreciate you!!! read more

My daughter and I love Sugarbug! She was very comfortable and happy with her dental visit. Thank you Sugarbug and staff!

We have been coming here since they have opened, and I swear the amount of time that they keep us waiting continues to get worse. It would be quicker for us to drive to the Oxnard location from Mission Oaks then see the office that is 5 minutes away from us. I don't understand how this office continues to operate like this! I find it disrespectful to keep parents and children waiting this long. I would not recommend this location! My daughter had a 9am appointment, at 9:20 they put her back into the room. At 9:40 my spouse complained that no one has seen her yet, they sent an assistant back to do nitrous. At 9:50 the Dentist came in said they needed to an x-ray and left. This is not acceptable. read more

Wow! What an amazing experience. Took my son to the Camarillo location for the first time, since the one in Oxnard rescheduled us since the dentist was out. I'm so glad they did. The front desk staff were so nice, courteous, and welcoming. The dental assistant Also took her lovely time to clean my sons teeth and not rush like the one in Oxnard. I will be making the transfer to the Camarillo location for the rest of my family. Thank you Camarillo sugarbug staff! U guys made my day! read more

very clean very caring about the children and considerate about any pain they are in make it a fun experience way better than Oxnard location read more

Best Children's Dentist in Camarillo, hands down. Staff, service and environment is top notch. They make you and your child comfortable

My family has been coming to Sugarbug for four years and they have been happy with staff and doctors. I would recommend little ones to come and I love we can be in the room with our kids. read more

This place was so wonderful! They spoke to my 7year old in a way that made him feel comfortable and confident. They were able to do two crowns and fill another cavity. He was comfortable the whole time and they worked quickly to get it done all in one visit. I am so happy we chose Sugarbug and will definitely go back! They had the perfect amount of distractions for my son too. Not too many bells and whistles but a movie and a toy for distraction. It was really a great experience. read more

Both my kiddos just had appointments at Sugarbug. I cannot express how easy the whole process was. The staff are fantastic! We chose Sugarbug because they work with children with disabilities. They were very aware of the sensory issues that often accompany Autism and adjusted their exam to accommodate them for my eldest. The hygienist had some great tips and tricks to help with tooth brushing and was very patient with both kiddos. We have already set up our next appointment. Thank you again Sugarbug! read more

I absolutely love this location, all the staff are so wonderful from admin to the dental techs to the doctors. Not to mention extremely honest and don't opt for unnecessary procedures. They never have any trouble figure out how to do extensive work on my children without them freaking out or being in pain. Truly a wonderful dentistry! We are a military family and I will be sad to be leaving them when we move. But it's not in the near future, so we will continue to go to Sugar bug Dental in Camarillo!! read more

The new office is fantastic!! We love the Oxnard location too! People are friendly and helpful. Obviously they are all great with children. They make the experience a good one. Your child will want to come back!! We had a traumatic experience at a dentist when one of my children was 5, now 8. It was not a pediatric specific office. Sugarbug dental was able to help him overcome his fear. They were very patient with him and understanding. The Camarillo office is beautiful! The walls are hand painted. It is a bright colorful place! They have tvs with kid movies for the patient when they are in the chair! If you have young children... this should be your dentist hands down! read more

The staff at Sugarbee Dental were very helpful and accommodating! It was our daughters first dentist appointment and she was scared and nervous. From the time we arrived to when they worked on her teeth she instantly felt comfortable! A great place to take children! We will definitely be back! 10/10 read more

The Oxnard location is great! The Camarillo is lacking compassion. My 6 yr old is scared to death of the dentist and now I can understand. What professional gets frustrated with a child and shows it. Now my daughter thinks it's her fault that the dentist was frustrated. All I'm gonna say is don't be late for our appointment and then get mad when my daughter is scared read more

The staff is amazing and they have great chairside manner. My son loves going to the office and is very comfortable with everyone. That is very important ! Thank you Sugarbug staff . read more

Nancy is the best!! As a parent its important that my kids are comfortable and she does exactly that. Keeps it lighthearted and lets them know exactly what to do with their teeth. Thank you Nancy! read more

After one visit, we have found our new dentist! My son had injured his mouth and teeth playing at preschool. What could have been a very traumatic experience for him, turned into a place he left smiling! From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted by the Office Manager and staff. They were extremely kind, professional and ensured we were comfortable. Once in a room (which was adorable and very kid friendly!), we had all issues addressed and my mind was put at ease. Upon leaving our visit, we literally took 4 steps away from the door and my son says "I like this place, mom. I come back again! This fun!" Coming from a 3 yr old, that speaks volumes! Thank you Sugarbug team for turning what could have been a scary visit for myself and my son such an amazing experience. We will see you all soon! read more

Really great staff and dentist. Office is very clean and spacey. We had a great experience here

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by the friendliest front desk staff. They got us checked in quickly. I was so happy there was no wait to get back there with a dental assistant. The manager, Safina, even greeted us and helped make my daughters and I feel so comfortable. It was such a lovely experience and I feel confident my daughters are in great care. read more

If I could I would give no stars. I made an appointment for my son and was told they took his insurance. The day before they call and tell me he's out of network. I still took him in and everything was ok. When I was checking out I asked if they took my daughters insurance and they said yes. So again the day before her appointment they call and tell me they don't take it. I decided to take my son to someone who was in network with his insurance and I called sugar bug to send over the X-rays. It literally took 4 calls to get them sent to his new doctor. The new doctor received them during his appointment because the first three calls that I made obviously no one took care of it after I was told they would do it. Not going back! read more
