This place was so unprofessional my daughter got her braces a few weeks ago .And they took forever to do them and when they finally did my daughter kept on saying that the doctor was going to rough. On puting them on but the lady still heard and was giving her a attitude about. Lurning how to sit still I would NOT recommend they place. read more

Staff is always friendly very nice and place is supper clean. They always make sure you're taking care of. % recommendable.

We have been coming to Dr. Zoka since my son was 6. He's now 8. He was nervous when we first started coming because he needed a lot of work done. Every single staff member has been nothing but kind and welcoming to my son as well as his two younger siblings! Everyone in this office is truly amazing - they go above and beyond to make sure the experience is great for the whole family. Dr. Zoka is very knowledgeable, thorough, and great with kids. We can't recommend him and his staff enough! read more

If I could rate this no stars I would. Rude front office personnel, I was standing there for a good amount of time and didn't acknowledged me yet he had the audacity to openly out loud state that I have never paid the copayment and have a remaining balance when in fact I have and asked him to revise the payment and corrected his statements but not once apologized for his tone of voice, or the fact the he made a mistake and said I had never paid and saying it loudly in the lobby. unfortunately this isn't the first time I get treated this way, it's every time I take my son to his appointment. Like any other business establishment customer service should be the basics, even fast food places have better customer service than the front desk employees at this office. I know if im not happy with the service I should go elsewhere but due to insurance I have to continue to take my kids to this. read more

My daughter has been under treatment here for her braces for a couple years now, almost done! We really like the office and staff, they are accommodating and always provide great care and service! read more

My daughter was very comfortable seeing Dr. Zoka and his staff. She will be part of the second generation of family members with Zoka smiles. Can't find someone more trustworthy and caring. He cares not just about a beautiful smile but also assures the health and functionality of the teeth and doesn't jump straight to treatment and is okay with waiting. read more

First time visiting this office, the staff is kind and Dr. Zoka is very thorough and explains in detail of the expectations. He is thoughtful and kind and I can tell from speaking to him that he cares for his patients. read more

Dr. Zoka and his staff are fantastic. Knowledgeably, friendly, caring, even fun in how they approach what isn't exactly on top of the bucket list of must-have experiences in life. Given how important it is, as patients, to be disciplined and consistent to get the best result out of orthodontics, Dr. Zoka and team really go above and beyond to provide the encouragement to stick with it. For example, by giving out a gift card to Baskin Robbins when you show up for your appointment wearing a "Zoka University" t-shirt. If you or a family member need orthodontics, I highly recommend reaching out to Dr. Zoka to get well cared for. read more

This office is great! Everyone is really nice, knowledgeable and there is no upselling which is very important to me. Would definitely recommend. read more

Amazing ! I ran my retainers through my washer/ dryer by accident. Had called around 5 other offices trying to see if someone could help me out with no luck. I called Dr. Zoka's office and they were willing to help me AND even had my retainer ready the same day! Everyone was so helpful and nice! I'm so glad I found this place! Much appreciated service !!! Thank you so much! read more

Absolutely wonderful office! Everyone is very welcoming and knowledgeable. They offer late appointments, which I appreciate, and are accommodating. Their office is very clean and stays up to date in keeping patients safe. I would give a shout out to recognize a special team member but the ENTIRE team is amazing so shout out to all of you! Thank you for what you do!! read more

Our son had braces put in by Dr Zoka. The staff has been easy to call and send letters for payments, but slow to set up appointments.  We were told by the staff after inquiring about appointments, that as "parents it is our responsibility to know when our son needs an appt." They do not send out notifications that an appt is due, nor do they contact you. This lack of customer service by the front staff is palatable. **We have reached an agreement with this office, and have found care elsewhere. read more

I was referred to Dr. Zoka by my Dentist Dr. Torgerson and I am very happy that I listened. I had been postponing my initial check up for years and I finally jumped on board for a better smile. I am very grateful and happy with Dr. Zoka's office. The staff is super awesome and very professional. Dr. Zoka makes you feel right at home and I couldn't of asked for a better orthodontist. With Covid restrictions, the staff is equipped with PPEs and adheres to Covid regulations. You will not be disappointed and I truly recommend him. read more

Best orthodontist experience ever. I had broken my retainer months back and the specialist was very trustworthy he told me I did not need anything aside from a new retainer where most people would take advantage and try to have you by into some kind of treatment. I went in to do my impressions for my retainer and Erin Was the absolute best she was so kind and personable she explained everything perfectly And was extremely helpful .Because of her and my experience there I will definitely refer others .They need more people like Erin. read more

Staff was very friendly and informative. Dr. Zoka was very nice and they saw me right away. Everything seems so efficient and clean.

This office was not polite, formal, or full of good care. It is not reccomended to go here.

I am new to the office, but love it already. I was able to get an appoint in a timely manner. Staff: Debbie is a gem. From the first phone contact, she was pleasant and easy to talk to. Very welcoming. Dr.Zoka: Very efficient. My son loves how gentle Dr Zoka is. After dealing with a previous orthodontist & staff who was rough in his mouth, he is extremely happy. Facility: Clean, cozy, well organized. read more

I'm shocked there are not so many more reviews posted about this place. I love this practice and ALL the office staff. I wish that all doctors had Dr. Zoka's bedside manner. I have 3 more months to go on an 18 month treatment plan and I have not had one negative experience. The office is clean, they are all professional and punctual and Dr. Zoka is caring and professional. You will not be disappointed. read more

Dr. Ray Zoka saved my smile and brought it back to me. He has a Midas touch as I had gone to a number of orthodontists he was the only one who listened and addressed all my concerns. Very, very, nice man, Dr. Zoka. I had all 3 of my kids with me , he gave them all little toys to keep them quiet etc. he was not bothered, showed my 4 year old a dinosaur tooth ....he was very cool. My 13 year old will be getting his braces here -that's how much I like them. read more

I have to mention another great thing....I mentioned to Dr. Zoka that my daughter has been grinding her teeth and that her dentist suggested a costly nightguard. I didn't want to do that b/c it made no sense to spend that $$ when her teeth will move as well as her jaw will grow. So I asked him about the sports-type mouthpieces in the drugstores for now and he just had his staff put a mold on her and made her a plastic appliance that will serve the same purpose! I didn't ask him to but he is so on top of everything and really cares for his patients that he did it anyway! Problem solved. That's I recommend him to everyone! He takes the time for those extra touches and doesn't rush you or nickel and dime you. Whatever is best for the patient! read more
