I would like to recognize Emma and Patty for their professionalism and excellent care during my recent visit. When my temporary crown fell off before my scheduled appointment, Emma was professional and helpful over the phone, making the situation much less stressful. Once I arrived at the office, my experience with Patty was great. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. Both Emma and Patty handled an unexpected situation with professionalism and care, and I truly appreciated their support. Thank you, Emma and Patty, for providing outstanding patient care. Several years ago Acasio did extensive work on my son - We had a very good experience. We liked front office (really important), the billing woman and Acasio. I recomended them several times. Recently I brought my daughter in and there was a different vibe. The front desk is still so sweet and nicd, but Dr. Acasio seems like he is now all about business. Maybe since he is now a partner. I had a weird vibe from Carson (son, not father), and I wonder if pressuring Acasio in a way. One issue we had is requiring us to have TWO appointments prior to treatment and explaining to me repeatedly in the office the same thing over and over. I can't say enough good things about Ari David, my dental hygienist. From the moment I sat down, she explained each step and checked in regularly to be sure I was comfortable. She's meticulous without being rough and gave me clear, practical advice for keeping my smile healthy between visits. I went in for a routine cleaning and to check for a possible cavity. Instead, I walked out $7,000 later with two poorly made crowns that look like globs of chewed gum--both created in-house. The original pain I came in for was never addressed. They told me I didn't have a cavity, yet a year later my new dentist confirmed that I do. I also received two different quotes for the same service, and when I asked about the discrepancy, I was told it would be sorted out later. It never was. To top it off, they had me sign a payment contract while I was under sedation (not asleep but drugged on a sedation pill). I will never set foot in that office again. read more

As someone who has never been a fan of the dentist (for personal reasons), I can honestly say this place has completely changed the game for me. From the actual dental work to the way they treat you as a patient, everything here is top-notch. The staff is genuinely caring, and that goes a long way for someone as picky as me. I'm convinced my kid's kid will be seeing Dr. Carson and his amazing team one day, it's a generational commitment at this point. My only concern? What I'll do if he ever decides to retire. Unfortunately, if you give this establishment honest feedback that does not align with theirs you will get blocked from social media. In addition they have two Instagram pages which does not make sense because it can confuse future and current patients. Just helping you out Carson and Acasio because your staff clearly doesn't know what they're doing. As mentioned, Derek is a coward for not meeting with me and I advise everyone to request a copy of their ledger after every appointment because you may have money owed. Also, by law they cannot refuse to give you your ledger or a copy of your records. read more

Dr. Dereck Carson is the best dentist I know, he's very caring, and gentle. I don't even feel the shots, that's how experienced he is. He gives me peace by constantly checking on me. I want to start of by thanking Dr. Acasio for being the most genuine caring Dental Doctor I've ever met! I called Friday morning telling the receptionist I had a root canal that was causing me a lot of pain and I was shooting for next week soonest available appointment but to my surprise they took me in that morning and told me they had enough time to do the procedure the day of so I wouldn't go on with the whole weekend in pain. So I applaud the staff there for listening and doing a great job getting me in there as soon as possible. Also their office to my surprise is also one of the nicest most relaxing offices I've ever been too, including the procedure rooms. Never going to another dental office or doctor as long as they're in business. My root canal was extracted and Dr. Acasio kept me calm and comfortable throughout the whole procedure. This dental group is the best. I've had an extraction and cleanings. They are conpasionate, professional and will treat emergencies without hesitation. I had an extremely difficult cleaning and my hygenist was still careful and caring about my comfort. She was doing great through what was a hard job. I will never go to another dentist again. They do it all in one stop with no need to refer you to outside specialists. Office staff are kind and freindly. They took me on short notice. Dr. Acasio took the time to make sure my extraction go smoothly. (4 hours to be exact). They really took the time to make it clean and painless. I've had a lot of work done here two bridges a few crowns, extractions and of course cleanings and the quod the work and care they put in to it is unmatched in my experience. Going into a dental office can sometimes be scary & nerve-racking. To be honest, I have had terrible dental experience from previous dental offices. I was a first time patient at this office 2 years ago and explained how anxious I am and how terrible my prior dental experience was . I was not judged, if anything I was put at ease and was given a lot of reassurance from the whole! Dr. Carson and Dr. Acasio are the sweetest, most understanding & gentlest dentists I have ever came across. I'm not sugar coating anything, either. Charged for deep sedation and general anesthesia. However was not given this at all. If I would have known this was not offered I would have went with the medical provider on base who gives lidocaine to the area only. Probably won't be back my jaw was so sore. The faces of them when I WALKED back in to confirm Anesthesia provided proved that I was not "deeply sedated". I felt the entire process and no one cared. My dentist was friendly and so was Emma but the other staff have to learn to whisper chismosa through the office ... read more

I have had nothing but top-quality, fantastic experiences when working with Dr. Carson and his staff. The staff are all extremely professional and constantly looking out for the patient's best interests. They offer solid guidance/insight/advice and always do a great job of making me feel comfortable (I'm not the biggest fan of going to the dentist). I have had a few regular cleanings done (all done extremely well) and 3 crowns done to perfection by Dr. Carson. On my last appointment, there was a scheduling mix-up and Dr. Carson adjusted his schedule to make sure that I got a much-needed crown done while I was there. I appreciated him being flexible and attending to my needs even though it most likely cut into his lunch time. Overall, this dentist practice is aces in my book. read more

I got new insurance and needed to add the dentist to the paperwork, but need the facility number to put in. So I called them to get their facility number and the person answering the call just hangs up on me. So I thought it must be a misunderstanding and try to call back and try to explain that I need the facility number for the paperwork and she tells me that they are not interested and again hangs up on me. I guess they are not interested in new patients. read more

The care quality from the dentists and dental hygienists is incredible! They are all very friendly and talk to you to go over your care plan. She cares about your pain level and works her magic to get the job done well. My favorite part of the appointment is when she uses the scraper tool by hand to really fine tune each tooth. Second favorite, would be her flossing my teeth. Man it feels great when someone else flosses your teeth. Seriously, get in there and try it. Mouth health is a real thing. read more

Will NOT be returning! Doctor broke a perfectly good tooth while extracting one next to the good one. He did NOT even tell me. Found out when I got home and looked in the mirror. I now know what happened when the dentist said out loud "aw, shit" during the extraction. (Yes, really)! Leroy really needs to retire. But please, do go if you want to hear a bunch of political BS and all about the Epoch Times Newspaper. Billing sent me a bill for a procedure that my insurance covered. Would have never known unless I discovered it and called the office to have the charges reversed. The only good is that the office staff, dental assistants and the dentist's wife were always very friendly. read more
