I had an emergency situation! My crown fell out! Ouch! & I'm far far away from my go to dentist & needed my crown to be placed back in. So I called over to Seabridge dental and they were able to accommodate me same day within a few hours of my call. I showed up a few mins early as requested. I fill out some paperwork and then I was taken back soon as I was done with that. The dentist came over right away, checked out the area where the crown was that fell out. Asked me how I was feeling etc.. Then he cleaned up the area. Found the reason for my painful gum... some cement had broke off and got lodged in the gum pocket OUCH! I know. He was gentle and got it out of there without needing to numb me up. Loved that. & he was able to put my crown back on and reset it, making my bite feel even better this time around. Honestly the sweetest customer service ever!! They were so great in communication regarding my father, I am my father's primary contact for any medical and financial to handle concerns and they were so sweet and definitely kept me informed with everything. They were patient with my dad with his apprehension for the dentist and considering having to do extra foot work to notify me or give me updates, they are seriously the greatest!! HIGHLY recommended. My 93 year old dad and 86 year old mom have been going here for a long time and they have been very impressed. My dad has the dentist cell phone number. I am not asking for him to give it to everyone, but that lets you know how accessible he is and there to help his patients. We went to the dentist to get a second opinion and we are glad that we did. The dentist was able to perform a procedure which was 1/20 the price of the other dentist. The office practices fair and compassionate dentistry, as opposed to try and gain the most revenue that they can generate. I kind of had an emergency. One of my crowns fell of and it was right next to my incisor (basically in the front of my mouth). I had never been here and my friend referred me. Not only did they get me in the next day, they were so nice. When I arrived at the office, I could tell how efficient and thorough they are. This place is amazing!!! The treatment here is genuine and professional! I went in with the worse pain from a previous infected root canal done in Oxnard, Dr. Guzman who completed it in his dental practice. I went back to get it fixed and he had no idea he did it. So, I left and never went back. Sea Bridge Dental took me in that same day I walked in and I did not have to wait. I was referred to an Endodontics Office in Ventura who took the infection out immediately and prescribed me with antibiotics. Thank you Sea Bridge staff for taking care of me and making everything so smoothly! Since, then I have gone back for my teeth cleanings and they are great at educating you with teeth cleaning and explain what's going on. I truly value the honest and genuine service! read more

Always an excellent experience! Today for a cleaning I had to check myself "why am I so tense?" This is not painful or uncomfortable at all! And the staff is always really friendly! Appointments are on time and I am 100% happy! A while back I convinced my husband he should go there... he is extremely picky and I thought maybe he would come back with some unknown issue but he was extremely pleased (whew). I have been coming here for a few years and it definitely changed. Not sure who runs the office anymore but terrible service. They filled my appt because I didn't have time to confirm my appt. My whole family went here until today. I will take my dual insurance elsewhere. I work a crazy busy job and had to work hard to make it on time and this is how they reward years of continuous care. Like I mentioned the whole staff has changed in the last 6 months and completely disappointed in their service now. My daughter forewarned me the staff wasn't the same and now I understand. Reminder some of the yelp reviews are fake so I am not sure the recent ones about the office staff are from real patients or just paid reviewers. Guess I have to find a new dentist. I was searching for a new dental practice close to home and was fortunate to find Seabridge Dental on the list of my insurer's approved providers. I actually contacted two other local provider's beforehand to make an appointment only to find it would be several weeks before they could schedule a non-emergency appointment. That wasn't true with Seabridge Dental as they were able to schedule a convenient appointment within a few days. I like this dental practice for several reasons. First, it has a small personable staff consisting of Dr. Ahri, dental assistant and office manager. Second, all the equipment and facilities are state of the art. Third, Dr. Arhi performs all the procedures himself and explains everything in detail beforehand and provides updates during the actual procedure. Fourth, several follow up appointments have always been extremely timely and at my convenience. Dental work is never my idea of fun but this practice makes the experience as painless as possible. read more

At Seabridge the ladies Danielle and Dora up front were so efficient and friendly that it made it easy. My only hesitation to write this is the Dr's schedule might get even more booked up--(tho' getting appointments for non-emergencies has never been a problem here). Like many, I don't have the time / talent to comprehensively research all DMDs...but, having lived 6 decades including a career full of Navy MDs and DMDs (no problems there either--just a lot of them), one gets an appreciation for what's important. The ***communications ability*** of the Dr. and his marvelous, efficient, compact staff, is particularly good and deeply appreciated. And, nowadays, that not only includes phone time but online-savvy / contacting me via email when preferred, etc. E.g.: I had a relatively new (on the market) Veterans Administration-related, Delta Dental insurance awhile ago; Shirlena (sp?) went way out of her way to not only research this, get it online, but thoroughly communicate with me what was involved. The Dr. has personally done all work with me, including cleaning--I appreciate this and far prefer this small "Mercedes Benz" operation vs. a "used Ford" assembly line. I hope they can keep it that way--it appears they shall. A small chipped front tooth was rebuilt beautifully. The Dr. personally did a first-cleaning in awhile. Molars, other dentists said ALL of which had to be replaced with time & money-expensive crowns, he said did NOT have to all be done. I have great confidence in, and gratitude for, this DMD team. (And am in no way related / paid / influenced by any consideration to say so.) read more

So I waited a month to write this review. To make sure that I wasn't still mad anymore. I can say that I do not recommend this place. I have no idea how good the dentist himself is, I was there 2.5 hrs and never seen him. I am the person who never gets cavities and loves the dentist. I have never had a bad experience at a dentist. My cleaning was awful. Awful. The hygienist was rough, shoving vibrating tools between my teeth and roughly ripping it out. After the cleaning, I sat in the chair and waited...and waited....the dentist never came. I ended up telling them I didn't want to see him and I was sure the cleaning was enough (I never get cavities). As I was walking out, they were saying he was going to be available soon. No thanks. When I walked out of there, I can honestly say it was the first time I have ever experienced dental pain in my life. It was awful. read more

I recently switched over to this dental office because I had a really bad experience with my previous one. It's only been a few months and I've been seen twice. Once for a second opinion and the second time for my cleaning. The staff are great and the doctor is very honest.
