I cannot recommend Dr. Kim enough! When I was a young lady, a terrible experience with a past dentist literally left me in tears, and it made me absolutely dread going to the dentist for years. Walking into Dr. Kim's office, I was incredibly scared, but she completely changed everything for me.As a biological dentist, her approach is deeply considerate of the whole patient. She was so remarkably gentle and made me feel entirely comfortable and safe. Dr. Kim is the definition of a true professional--she is meticulous, takes immense pride in her work, and ensures everything is done perfectly. She is also constantly continuing her training to stay on the absolute cutting edge of dental science. If you have dental anxiety or want top-tier, modern care, she is the doctor you need to see. I am so grateful to have found her! Laura read more

My husband and I both had lots of work done here and had to switch because they stopped taking HMOs. Come to find out..all our crowns we got here werent dont correct and now we are having to have them redone so we are out lots of money. Very bummed cause that was money down the drain read more

This used to be one of the best dentist office I had ever been to. Now it has completely changed every time I go here they just want money and find any reason to write up a quote not only that they're billing department or person doesn't do their job correctly and over bills. I also witnessed someone else while I was waiting to get quoted multiple incorrect charges. The staff is rude and condescending. The dentist who used to be here was great. I believe he's now moved to a different building from what they said, and they've left all the terrible employees who don't like their job and having personal conversations while on the clock in front of clients very unprofessional, I will take my business elsewhere. They are not helpful. They are in the business of scamming people out of the money. read more

Stole $1050 from me. Is now telling me the deposit i put is going to be written off. Have filed complaints with medicaid, the attorney general of california, and the oxnard chamber of commerce. Was bullied into services I did not want under duress as i was in severe pain requiring a root canal. they used this opportunity to exploit me and hold my health care as ransom until i provided money that they are now refusing to refund. read more

I'm so very grateful for this dental office! I am visiting my son in Oxnard and one of my dental crowns fell out. Of course this type of thing happens on a weekend . We are leaving for Europe tomorrow, so I was worried I wouldn't find a provider on a Saturday. When I called the front office, they were very friendly and told me to come in at 11am. By 12p, my crown was back in. Everyone from the dentist to staff was amazing. Thanks so much for accommodating me! read more

Step into a dental paradise.(see photo) I needed a deep cleaning and cavities filled which was split between 2 appointments. I'm so pleased with the accuracy of diagnosis and the treatment I received. Dr. Keihani is top notch as are the whole team of hygienists and front office. The equipment is very modern and updated. Positive atmosphere all around. I got just the right amount of anesthetic as I felt no pain during, then I returned to normal a couple hours after. They are also on time with appointments as they got me right in the chair on both visits. For somebody like me, who almost has a phobia dental work, this was an excellent experience. When I felt nervous, I just slipped away into the soothing tropical paradise on the wall in front of me. (Very nice touch) Dr Keihani asked me if I'm doing OK buddy which put me at ease. I'm appreciate to this practice for getting my dental health back on track, now I just have to do my part. This is the office you want if you're looking for a new dentist. read more

Nice looking business, owner is from Beverly Hills and they let you know it. You pay once for the consultation when you get arrive but then have to pay again to talk to the dentist again in a different building in the same parking lot. Went up the road to a referral from a family member and didn't need anything near what they told me here. Was training and chipped a tooth. They said to remove it. Dr sugar said otherwise. Buyer beware read more

Overall, Quick, easy and great experience. Not once did I feel like the dentist was trying to scam me. I came in for a cleaning and was given an exam, the dentist found 4 cavities and advised me they were very small and suggested a quick fill with no numbing. The dental hygienist was very funny and explained every single part of the cleaning as he was doing it so I wouldn't be startled. After my cleaning I scheduled my appointment for the fillings, and those were quick and easy too. I did end up getting numb on one side and I did even feel it! The Dentist was so gentle I felt no syringe hit my gum at all. I was honestly impressed since I've had a few dental procedures and in each one I've always felt the syringe and the pinch. Nothing this time. Applause. I will be back again for my routine cleanings. Great job Oxnard dentistry. FYI the ladies in the front are very nice and welcoming. read more

(Fair warning: I asked the receptionist staff to have Dr Keilani call me, and they confirmed that they'd relay the message, but I never heard from him.) The great: first time I went was because I had a swollen gum. Dr Keilani was available for a sand-day appointment. I was impressed by his professionalism. The bad: staff gave me conflicting info about being whether I could bring a newly-adopted dog with me if I kept the animal in its carrier. The day before the appointment they changed their position and said I could not. I ended up scrambling my plans and being 15! min late to the appointment (a 45-min drive away for me), and staff did nothing to help apart from telling me I needed to reschedule. The ugly: an alternate dentist saw me for a regular checkup and cleaning. He asserted that I had "microcavities" that he could drill and fill immediately - and hey, why not, because my insurance covered the procedure. Glad I begged off, because I researched in the parking lot right after and found that even dentists describe this as a gigantic scam. read more

don't come to this place they will lie to you about stuff you don't have wrong with your teeth the dentist filled over previous cavities in my teeth and turns out he cracked one of them had to get a second opinion and gave me bunch of bs saying it was gonna cost around $3000 to get all the stuff wrong with my teeth lol ridiculous and the front staff rude and no professionalism I guess they let anyone be office receptionist now read more

I had a tooth emergency a couple months ago. They were available on a Saturday. They also accepted cash since I didn't have insurance at the time. Once the doctor saw the problem he gave me my options and didn't push his personal preferences. He went in and did his job quick and easy. I recommend this place. read more

It's been more than a while since my last dental visit in general. Woke up this morning with a searing tooth ache, and I thought I could get away with it by ignoring it. Yea, that didn't work out well at all. So I had to get a tooth extraction to get this situation squared away. I chose Oxnard Dentistry because of all the high ratings and positive reviews. I'm very happy to say, this place lives up to its five star reputation! Everything is super clean and organized. The staff is super friendly and professional. Doctor Keihani is the absolute best. Hans Zimmer is to music, as he is to dentistry; at least to me. He is as precise as an F1 driver. My tooth extraction went by in a breeze. Everyone at Oxnard Dentistry has shown me that the dread of dental work, is a thing of the past. I will be going here for my dental needs, from here on out. read more

I sat in the lobby while I was waiting for my new patient paperwork to be processed and chose to cancel my appointment and leave without being seen. I did not feel safe being treated in this office. I witnessed the patient care providing staff wear the same protective gown in between patient's rooms, and watched them walk into the reception area, to & from a patient room, without changing their gowns. I understand there is a PPE shortage due to the Covid-19 pandemic, but wearing the same gown in between multiple patients, after working in the splash zone/ within inches of a person's uncovered mouth (where respiratory droplets are present and contaminating the gown) is absolutely not safe. When I left I told the receptionist that I didn't feel comfortable being treated because I've watched the back office staff walk in and out of multiple patient rooms without changing their gowns-- Her response was "Okay, that's fine." I was hoping maybe she would respond to reassure me as a patient, who would have the dentist or dental hygienist working in my mouth, that all PPE is changed in between each patient, but she did not. So that leads me to believe that they do not. And that is why I left, and called the VC Covid-19 hotline the office conveniently provided by the door. read more

Please whatever you do please aviod this place. My husband got a root canal and crown placed 6 months ago and ever since then he has had massive pain. He went back a few times and all they would say is we don't see anything wrong there is nothing we can do. He has been going back and fourth to the endodontist and losing time at work to attend so many appointments. He finally got the tooth removed and is still having the same pain. At this point I am more then sure they damaged surrounding nerves. Mind you prior to this so called root canal he needed he had never experienced any tooth pain. What was supposed to be a routine cleaning ended up in a nightmare. read more

At the beginning of Covid I had a major tooth ache and needed an extraction, so I called my dentist and everything was shut down. I called 5 different dentists and they all were closed but Oxnard Dentistry. To my relief the receptionist that answered the phone was very polite, understanding and sympathetic, she had me come in immediately. Dr. Cohen and his team made me feel comfortable and cared for. My extraction was pleasant and pretty pain free! I have since been back and have had several fillings and a partial denture done. I was in customer service for 25 years and can really appreciate the efficiency and professionalism of this facility. I would highly recommend them to friends and family, pain free dental care does exist. read more

I went in to get a ZOOM teeth whitening treatment. My initial fellings about it made me feel slightly intimidated for the unexpected. However, the staff was so reassuring. They ha personal experience with the treatment, and knew a lot of helpful tips for the after care of my teeth. The best part of the experience was having Alicia and Janelle work so diligently and meticulously on prepping me for the treatment. They were absolutely amazing and supported me through the long process. I am pleased with the outcome of my teeth, and will be returning in the future! read more

Have been coming here for years! I love the staff and treatment, definitely recommend!

So pleased with the care and quality of work here that after having some work done on myself, I brought me 6 year old here as well! They don't market themselves as children's dentist since they don't have all of the distractions- but they are seriously fantastic! They explained the "sugar bugs" to him and constantly checked in on him to ensure comfort levels were right where they needed to be. He didn't shed a single tear or utter a word of hesitation the entire time. Wait times are short, facilities are clean and the customer service is just fantastic. We have definitely found "our" dentist. Thank you. read more

My experience was particularly unpleasant this time around. I was called by the staff member to come in for a cleaning. I booked 2 weeks in advance and arrived at 9am today (2/13) Once I got there I told them I was in for my routine teeth cleaning. Immediately, they gave me X-rays. I said I already got them last time I came in and their staff member said "we need them to see the plaque". OK fine. The doctor came in, took a look at my teeth then left. Another staff member came in, had me sign a piece of paper with the work I needed done. A cavity fill + teeth cleaning.. BUT NOT TODAY. They said they in fact didn't have someone available to do the actual teeth cleaning during the time slot they scheduled for me 2 weeks prior. So I was excused. So I went in for a teeth cleaning but left with a recommendation for what I needed done instead. read more

First time here, 1st impressions: Tons of parking, very clean throughout and great office staff. Everyone super friendly and helpful! I am quite disappointed with this office. I took my boys in for their first time and they said my boys needed this special irrigation medicine with their cleaning but not covered. Well I couldn't afford it and if they can just do a cleaning but they said no. I came to another dentist and they said they just need a cleaning and keep up with brushing, flossing and mouth rinse. read more

Dr. Kourosh (the great) Keihani is a lifesaver! I had a crown placed on my back tooth by another dentist in woodland hills that fell out at least a half dozen times, and I had to go back to the same doctor and glue it back on over and over again which was a nightmare. Finally the crown cracked in half and fell out. This time I chose Dr. Keihani due to his great reviews on google & yelp. He made an entirely new crown using digital technology and the in-office lab, and was able to complete the entire procedure in just over an hour. I left the office with a brand new permanent crown (that fits perfectly). The front desk receptionist was also friendly and helpful, she was able to run my insurance and provide a quote within minutes so I had an estimate before the procedure began. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Keihani and his practice. read more

I'm going start by saying this first. Oxnard Dentistry is really the best ill start with the staff is very nice and has the office on point , now for DR Rose the Dentist is the best really I was the kind of patient that hated the Dentist but let me tell you I was all wrong , he took his time to make sure I was calm and understood everything he was doing the whole way through. And let me tell you he never once hurt me at all so with all that being said Oxnard Dentistry and DR Rose are the best 5 star Dentistry top to bottom so thank you DR Rose and his staff. read more

It's strange to say I love a dentist office, but I truly do love Oxnard Dentistry. The staff are all super friendly, helpful, and sweet. During these crazy Covid times, I have noticed, how customer service seems to be horrible everywhere now (I'd be pissed too if I was forced to wear a mask all day, so I get it) but not at OD, everyone is lovely. I needed cosmetic work for my teeth in time for my Wedding Day and Dr. Cohen listened to all my teeth drama and worked out the perfect plan to get my teeth looking amazing for my wedding in as fast as possible! I will be returning for the many fillings I need and am confident it will all go smoothly. The office itself is impeccably clean and upscale. Bonus, X-rays are included in your free consultation! Amazing. If you live in Oxnard, this is the dentist you should be going to! read more
