Well... I really can't relate to any of the photos on the website, yet i can relate to the beautiful smiles created by Dr. Pollack. I was referred to him by one of my favorite Dentists, Mark Mehrali, and as expected i was not disappointed. Dr. Pollack and his team are talented, gentle, professionals. The entire staff is respectful and friendly and most important to me - when you make an appointment it is honored and timely. John is very experienced as a dental assistant and we had many positive visits. I did do the Inside version of braces and I couldn't be happier with the results. I am now on a years series of retainers so wish me luck! If you're looking for a GREAT orthodontist...you've got to stop looking and call Dr Pollack . read more

Dr. Pollack has truly been a lifesaver for me after two failed orthodontic treatments in the past. No previous orthodontist used TADs or an expander, which prevented me from achieving long-lasting results. His skill and knowledge are incredible, and his approach completely changed my experience. He genuinely cares about his patients, takes the time to listen, explains everything with patience, and makes you feel seen, understood, and safe. I was deeply moved by his dedication--not only to his patients, but also to continually learning and staying current with the latest advancements, working closely with my dentist/prosthodontist, periodontists, and other doctors. Their focus on their patients' long-term health, function, and aesthetics is exactly why I am so glad that I chose Dr. Pollack and my dentist. Lastly, Dr. Pollack's staff are extremely friendly and reliable, which made the entire experience truly wonderful. read more

What a great experience! Great team, great doctor, great office! I am so glad we are leaving an ortho that was not a good fit for such a great practice. Highly recommend, especially for kids. read more

We had a wonderful experience with Dr Pollack and his staff! Both our children had their teeth corrected here. One used Invisalign and the other had braces. Their personal attention and friendly atmosphere sealed the deal for us after our consult. We visited several other recommended orthodontists and this office was warm, kind and friendly from the moment we arrived to our very last appointment (3+ years of visits!) We refer you every chance we get. Thank you for making our children smile look beautiful! read more

Dr. Pollack is truly an amazing orthodontist!! He has given me such a beautiful smile that I am constantly fighting off "cougars" where ever I go. Never in my life have I had my smile complimented by random strangers until after Dr. Pollack did his detailed work on my teeth. My eldest daughter also has reaped the rewards of Dr. Pollack's orthodontic expertise and has the most fantastic smile now. He and his team are so good that I am taking my youngest daughter to start her journey to the perfect smile starting this week. The Pollack smiles "krewe" of Brandy, Terisa, John, and Isabel are consumate professionals making my experience there a true delight. Their friendly and caring manner made me want to go to the "dentist"! Thank you again, Dr. Pollack and your amazing team, for your incredible work and attention to detail. read more

Braces in middle age was not something I looked forward to. In fact, I delayed the decision for years and interviewed several other orthodontists before finally selecting Dr Pollack. Looking back, I should have pulled the trigger years ago, but I'm very grateful that I finally found Dr. Pollack and the courage to go for it. He and his staff are superb--appointments are quick, the staff are friendly and super competent, and Dr Pollack is easy going, caring, and talented. Highly recommend. read more

Dr. Pollack and his team were nothing but outstanding! My teeth needed a lot of work and I'm glad I came here. I could instantly tell the staffs main concern was my comfort. Dr. Pollack was able to come up with a plan for my difficult teeth and explain it thoroughly and what the results should look like. Overall, the combination of having a friendly staff and a first-class office made my decision an excellent one. read more

We started here with our older two kids after getting estimates from two other orthos in town. Dr Pollack and his staff are the best in the business. Our kids have had a great experience and look forward to going in for regular visits. It's a fun light hearted office environment and they provide top quality work. We couldn't be happier with our experience. read more

WOW, what a nice doctors' office and friendly staff! Not to mention the Dr. himself, what a caring and courteous man! I was referred to Dr. Pollock from my Dentist Dr. McCarthy for TMJ issues. Dr. McCarthy suggested I might need Braces to help with my TMJ issues, so he sent me to see Dr. Pollock. After a very thorough exam which consisted of many pictures from Brand New Equipment, Dr. Pollock gave me the results. Low and behold, he has to refer me out, as he cannot help me, except for the braces that I might need to straighten some teeth out. What an honorable Dr., one who tells me the Truth and refers me out to a specialist he works with. Thank you Dr. Pollock and Staff. IF your looking for a quality physician, staff and office, look no further, you find the right place! Cheers read more

Every time we visit Dr. Pollack's office, I leave feeling good. From start to finish, the experience is always easy. There is never a wait. The office is warm, welcoming, and clean. The staff are perfect with customer service, patient care, and accommodations. Dr. Pollack is the epitome of a stellar healthcare professional. He is kind, his wealth of knowledge remarkable, and he educates his patients on what to expect next. I love that. I know my son is in capable hands. The best word I can use to describe our experience at Pollack Orthodontics is "genuine". You will leave happy. Highly recommended. read more

Dr. Pollack and his team get an A+ for customer service. The entire staff is friendly, accommodating, and honest! I went in for a free consultation thinking that I needed Invisalign, but Dr. Pollack recommended against it because it actually wouldn't do much to straighten my teeth (I had braces 10 years ago and they are still pretty straight). Without his opinion, I would have spent a lot of money on an unnecessary procedure (which other orthodontists would have gladly taken). I ended up purchasing a new retainer which I definitely needed, and Dr. Pollack took a lot of time to answer my questions and show me options on that. I really appreciated not feeling rushed, even though my appointment was at the end of the work day and I'm sure everyone wanted to go home! If you need an orthodontist in Camarillo, look no further. Edited to add: I had an appointment this evening to get my retainer adjusted, and Dr. Pollack took an hour of his time going back and forth adjusting the retainer to make sure everything fit perfectly. Seriously cannot recommend them enough! read more

Dr. Pollak is truly one of the most caring and knowledgeable orthodontists I have known. He has the 2 important things you want in your orthodontists , number 1 he is very skilled and talented and he really knows what he is doing. Number 2 he really really cares and he brings in the best technology and best trained staff. I personally learnt from him so much. I wouldn't choose any other orthodontist in Ventura county. read more

Dr Pollack is wonderful partner in my children's healthcare journey. I trust him. We started seeing him when my son was referred to another orthodontist who recommended 3 stages of orthodontia starting at the age of 7 due to a severe underbite. I went to him for a second opinion and I could not be happier with the results. No braces just a retainer that transformed my sons smile. He had gotten to the point that he did not smile and now his smile is perfect! Thank you Dr Pollack! read more

I was recommended to Dr. Pollack's office and they spoke highly of this office. And needless to say they did not disappoint! I was greeted with a wonderful "good afternoon" by Isabel. I didn't have to wait for anything before John helped me. He took my X-rays and off we went. Brandy was very informative and she was kind enoughh to help me understand what was said to me. And now for the man of the hour. Dr. Pollack. Help helped me paint a picture for my teeth and future smile. He was very informative on what I needed to get done to help me smile more. I have full confidence in him and I can't wait to start the road to a smiling futur read more

This place took me from a ridiculous underbite to a textbook smile. He is the best that there is, and as someone who has been coming for years, he has a great personality. read more

Dr. Pollack treated two of my kids so far and the quality and service of work was exemplary. He is very serious and scientific about the science of orthodontics and will tell you exactly what is needed, not more, not less. He has all of the latest ortho equipment which is amazing how advanced it has become. I am into tech stuff so enjoyed nerding out with him and having him show me the latest technology (luckily office was not crowded that day so he took the extra time in his schedule to indulge me). My son required work for a significant overbite and Dr. P's work fixed it perfectly. My daughter has cosmetic braces and things are going great. If only she would wear her bands a little more often!!! Just a few more months. The new office is also amazing and conveniently located in the middle of Camarillo. Super clean and hi tech with streaming Netflix to enjoy in the waiting room. Best Ortho in town hands down. Be careful with some of the others in town as have heard a lot of nightmare stories. They are either too old and out of practice, or just to swamped to really focus on what your kids need. read more
