My bite is entirely off since I went to this office....this office changed the surface 8 of my teeth at once before stabling my bite....i went back order and over to fix it...then they drilled every tooth in my month and I now live in pan....i have extreme pain on my upper cheek every day....my tongue is chopped up and in pain from this unaligned bit, my inner gums are chopped up where they meet and often get hit very hard and painfully....i now live in pan and this office doesn't care and I don't know what to do...I've spent thousands trying to fix their botched work that every dentist can't believe that they did and was also never needed in the first place read more

I was in recently for my dental cleaning and I had mentioned some discomfort I had been having on my upper right side. Dr. Mansourian came in and did my exam and checked my x-rays and I was made aware that I would need a crown: He was so thorough he explained that I had an old filling had a crack. I was very nervous because I have never had a crown prep. Veronica was so sweet she let me know what my insurance coverages were and estimated my copay exactly and she got me scheduled with something would work best for me. I went in and had the crown prep done, Dr. Mansourian was so kind and calmed my nerves. I am so thankful to be at an office that really cares about patient care. Sara is excellent. Two other dental assistance need additional training and should not be doing procedures such as temporary crowns. Front office person is very defensive and not sensitive to patients. One more thing I had two crowns put in by them and they did not bother doing the adjustments to my bite. I ended up in excruciating pain and had to go to another dentist to get it fixed. This is irresponsible and it seems to be cruel to a patient and this guy is teaching other people at a university. I've been looking for a new dentist and I'm so glad found this place! I went in for a regular cleaning and Dr. Hadidjaja took care of me. I told him that I haven't had the best experiences with other dentists lately, but he continually checked in with me throughout the cleaning to make sure I wasn't in any discomfort. I also mentioned that I was looking into getting a new electronic toothbrush and Dr. Hadidjaja and Dr. Mansourian took the time to provide some valuable insight for me. I just stopped in because my tooth was killing me for the last two days (one that I damn near knocked out years ago) I haven't been here in 5 years. I have literally been going to the dentist for 70 years and I can say without reservation, Dr. C was the most caring, thorough and compassionate dentist, I have ever seen. She took the time to explain everything to me in lay terms, so I was able to understand. Having recently gone through extensive radiation for throat and neck cancer, my situation was very specific. Dr. C was professional, compassionate, completely understanding of my situation. More importantly, she listened to my concerns. We thought we found a trusted dentist place until we receive a bill that they are no longer in-network with our insurance plan. They never informed or mentioned to us that their contract has been terminated for 5 months when we came to our appointment visit. We were also overcharged when they were in-network and they didn't even mention until asked that we have some credit balance as a result of they overcharged us for not checking our insurance plan correctly, but they send us the bill really fast when we owe them money. We should have asked for the refund of the credit, now guess we lose that money too. We are deeply deeply deeply disappointed. read more

Dr. Costantino is such an amazing doctor at Dr. Mansourian's office. Every time I am there she will take all the time necessary to go over my dental needs in such a loving care and compassion. She will draw picture and show you chart in order for you to understand the anatomy and the process involves for whatever it is you are in the office for. This way you are not just a passive patient but someone who is also involved in decision making process. You are part of it all and you are knowledgeable to proceed with confidence. I have never had any other doctor in any area who is this detail oriented and loving. I really appreciate the science involved behind things and Dr. Costantino never hesitates to give as much as information necessary. I always look forward to my appointments and I always leave with healthy and clean teeth and beautiful smile. This is Dr. Costantino's long time commitment and passion to help her patients to feel this way and she delivers just that with excellence and precision. I am beyond thankful. So happy with this office and the dentists and staff here. I have 3 kids and they were so good with all of them ages 2 to 8. They have a cute play area for them and tvs on the ceiling to keep them distracted during any fussy parts of the cleaning. I waited to make an appointment until my husband and half-a-dozen friends had all seen him, and they all reported back with glowing feedback. After avoiding the dentist for an embarrassing 5 years, he and his staff listened to me and have provided personal, VIP care every visit. I recently elected to have both of my upper front bridges replaced and had been fearing that procedure since I had the originals done in 1989. I have also had fillings done and Zoom whitening. I am very pleased with the end results and it is nice to be smiling big again! They explained everything in a detailed manner ahead of time, and they were patient with me while I weighed my options (unlike a prior dental practice I had gone to in town that was very sales-focused). I am very grateful that they let my husband be at my feet during every long procedure with me to help keep me calm. And when he was joking too much with the staff and I gave him a quick kick, I was even more impressed that Dr. M's steady hand didn't move (since he had a needle in my gums at the time!) He takes extra time with injections so they won't hurt, and his perfectionist approach to cosmetic dentistry is what will keep everyone coming back. They pay attention to every sign that you might be uncomfortable (in my case, furled eyebrows and clenched fists in anticipation of pain), so they can alter the treatment. Julie, one of his lead RDAs, takes very good care of everyone, and Krista and Jessica in the front office provide personalized and professional customer service.
