AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!!!! As a brand new patient I received the WORST possible service from this office. They were 45 minutes late and not once was I updated with a status or reason as to why they were running late. I finally made it to the back and the hygienist seemed rushed and out of sorts, basically scrambling to organize the room and get me seated. She was more worried about me watching TV than cleaning my teeth and she was very rough. Waited an additional 20 minutes after the cleaning for the dentist. He came in, looked at my xrays, took a 2 second look in my mouth then left. The hygienist said I was done and could go. I walked to the reception to "check out" where I waited another 10 minutes while the receptions was chatting with someone about their dog. She hands me a paper with an almost $5000 treatment plan then said, we'll see you in 2 weeks to start. I was literally SHOCKED!!!!! There was no way I needed $5k in work when I was perfectly fine my last check up just a few months ago. I told her to cancel whatever appointment she maid then left the building. Oh, and no goodie bag either. No way in hell I'll ever go back there nor would I EVER recommend them to ANYONE, not even my worst enemy. read more

Best dental experience ever!!! I came into Dr. Mansourian's office as a new patient to get a cleaning done. It has been awhile since I have been to a dental office. As soon as I walked into the office, I felt so welcomed, I was greeted by his two front office receptionist as one took my temperature and asked if I have or had been experiencing any COVID symptoms. Shortly after that I was greeted by the Dental Hygienist and seated in my room for my cleaning and x-rays. I did let my hygienist know before we started the cleaning that my gums were super sensitive. She told me that they wanted to make me as comfortable as possible and placed a gel on my gums so I would not be as sensitive during my cleaning. After she was finished with my cleaning I was then introduced to Dr. Mansourian and one of his assistants for my exam. He first asked me if I had any concerns about my teeth, then shortly after explaining myself, he then looked at my x rays and took a look at my teeth. After he finished his exam he explained everything to me in the most simplest terms to let me know what was going on with my gums and teeth. After that I was walked up to the front to be checked out and walked out of this dental office with a smile on my face. I will definitely be a returning patient at Dr. Mansourian office. First time visit this past week. Found everyone to be extra helpful, willing to go out of their way and thorough in their work. Our daughter recommended we go here after a bad experience with another dentist who wanted to charge for a number of procedures that were unnecessary according to Dr. Mansourian. My wife and I had been part of the Kaiser Delta Dental plan, and they send us to an office that is best described as "rent a dentist". Different dentists and specialists work through the office, with no one there you can count on to see every time. Not a good experience! Caution- Don't let these reviews influence you. We have been going there for years until we noticed unfair treatment and excess charging. First deep cleaning is almost always recommended when not necessary. Every little bit of adjustment gets charged extra and what caused us to leave was their cancellation policy. We tried to cancel 24 hours prior and they insisted charging us a cancellation fee. But when we had a cleaning appointment they cancelled the same day, nothing for them and no consideration was given to us. You would think a loyal patient would get some consideration. The answer given to us by Veronica was don't shoot the messenger. Why not ask or offer a compromise to our request? Is $25 really going to make your dentists any richer? We have found other dentists in the area that are fair and happy to be customer friendly. Don't go here even if the dentists are good unless you want to be nickel and dimed for everything. My experience with Dr. Pezhman Mansourian has been very positive. Dental procedures create a certain amount of negative anticipation and anxiety for me. Dr. Mansourian 's pleasant demeanor and professional skills eliminated a lot of my fear. I came to Dr. Mansourian for an estimate to replace a couple of worn crowns and had done by Dr. Mansourian and would highly recommend him to others. My last dentist, in old town Camarillo cost almost twice as much for the same service and I'm very glad I made the choice to go to Dr. Mansourian for the new crowns. His staff, like the Doctor, are also very pleasant and knowledgeable. Their office is well-equipped with all the latest in technology and they have very convenient parking. I will continue to see Dr. Mansourian and His Staff, hopefully, for many more years. I would have given them 5-stars except there was an addition $54.00 charge for the crowns. It always seems that the dentist can't get he amount right but I'm still hoping for that time. Or even better, a credit because the insurance company paid more than expected. Yea, right. read more

These people are great! The staff is really fun and joked around keeping me entertained the entire time. The dental office itself is the most modern one I've been to. It has digital x-ray machines, and they show the images next you right away. Theres also a tv above you. They have a bunch of drills that ive never seen before. The price was a lot lower than I expected. He was also very careful to make sure I was numb enough. He was actually very patient about it, as he had to wait and see if I was numb enough after a few doses of medicine. read more

Dr. M is the best dentist in town. He is caring, gentle, fun to talk with, and most importantly does excellent work. I have been very happy with the cleanings, filings and cosmetic treatment I have received at the office. The office is very high tech and offers many services from cosmetic dentistry, to bleaching, to white fillings and Invisalign. My family has not needed every service he offers but it is reassuring that if we did, Dr. M's office does offer comprehensive dental care from extractions, to implants, and root canals. The office's great dental treatment options have kept my family's teeth and my own teeth healthy and beautiful. The office is absolutely beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff is professional and friendly. Dr. M's staff feels like family and I always look forward to seeing them and catching up with all them every six months for my check ups.
