One…read morevehicle broke down about 15 miles away from their garage, it was the same part that was supposedly "fixed", which in return caused other damages to the vehicle. They were paid close to $500 to fix the car and it ended up MUCH worse than before it was taken there, it went from drivable to now being undrivable, from minor issues that were an easy fix to now several issues! They are refusing to fix the damage they caused to the vehicle by not fixing the part correctly on their first attempt. DO NOT use this service center, they are horrible mechanics, will overcharge you, and NOT fix a thing, causing more issues!!! Run as fast as you can from this place, they have no integrity, I usually don't leave this bad of a review but before leaving this we have contacted several mechanics to make sure that the new issues were indeed caused by the part they didn't fix correctly and ALL the other mechanics we've spoken to have said that this part breaking, that they "fixed" most certainly caused all the resulting issues!!!

I have 2 kids 1 with severe autism. I cannot wait right where the road is for them to open. then after 1hour and 41 mins. of me being there, they finally started on my car.

I turned to Yelp for help. Within 15 minutes of submitting a request, Phil called me. He carefully listened to my concerns, reviewed the videos I sent, and offered honest advice. He explained the worst-case scenarios but also talked about potential minor issues that could be causing the noise. Phil's honesty and transparency immediately put me at ease. He told me to bring the car in first thing the next morning. When I arrived, Phil made me feel right at home.
