From the time I first talked to Chris on the phone until the time I pulled my car out he was absolutely hands down the most trusted and humble person that's ever worked on my vehicle.... He's just one of those rare people that you very seldom meet anymore that goes out of his way to help another. Especially, when you drive up and the first thing he does is open the hood and looks at my issue and said without hesitation... no worries that's a quick fix!!!.....and believe he stopped everything he was doing to fix my car..... and when I ask him if he worked on German made vehicles very often he humbling said I sure do....I'm a BMW certified specialist..... he even checked out some extra things to make sure it was safe for me to drive to Asheville to pick up my son. If they can do the work, I'm always happy. If it's something they don't normally tackle, they'll tell me. Going elsewhere is like auto-repair roulette. Dealers? Forget that... they are essentially crime syndicates. When you find mechanics you can trust, support them. Be patient. Drop your car off in the morning, enjoy the day, and you'll be back in business that afternoon.
