I dropped the car off today without an appointment, and the car was on a lift within 30 minutes. Jeff explained that the aftermarket exhaust was bolted on rather than welded on. almost before I had time to realize what he had said, Jeff welded my exhaust before my very eyes (I didn't stare at the weld. lol) All said and done, my issue was fixed within an hour.
