We were originally holding off on posting this review to try and maintain a level of…read moreprofessionalism with Mr Gibson and his crew and even give them a 2nd chance after a horrible encounter but its clear we need to look for service business elsewhere. Back in November, 2025 we brought our car in for a cata converter replacement, we had the converter ordered in advance and during the times we had the quote generated which was $1,500+ we were given verbal promises that the car would be done same day. First day? It was not completed the same day as promised. They then said they would have the car fixed by lunch time at the latest TOMORROW, tomorrow lunch comes around? Still not done. 3rd day we got law enforcement involved to get a proper update/record as we did not have a spare vehicle to get back and forth to work and were getting fed up with the excuses, this is when Mr Gibson himself showed his ugly side and began his verbal assault towards us mocking us in front of his entire team and had embarrassingly brought us to the wrong vehicle in the bay that wasn't even ours while screaming at us. It took 3 full days and a little extra time as they stayed after close to get the vehicle done before we could finally leave their shop. They had 1 single mechanic working on the vehicle for the first 2 days and only on the 3rd day realized they needed to put more hands on the job. We were suppose to have another service order for an oil housing unit repair on our vehicle but we will not be coming back as its clear Mr Gibson and his crew are just not the right fit for us after speaking to them again today. Overall horrible experience, rude, snotty attitude from the front office ladies, and even ruder unruly behavior from the guys behind the ladies.

I came in from White Top around 4pm with a slow leak near the sidewall in my front tire. Realizing…read moreit could not be repaired and they did not have my odd size, they found a good used one in the more common, alternate size and mounted it. At that time, I decided to change all four to the new size. I told him I needed an aggressive tread for my area. After selecting an awesome design and giving me a very fair $$ price, I gave the go ahead to order them, I asked how much do I owe you for the used tire and labor and do you need a deposit ? He gave a little smile and waived his hand said we'll see you tomorrow. Anxious to get the new tires, I arrived a little ahead of the delivery truck but as soon as they were unloaded, they had me in and done in a flash. When I hit the Interstate for the test drive, it was smooth with no vibrations all the way to 75mph and very little tire/road noise especially considering the tread design. I took a deep breath, relaxed and thought how good it felt to have new tires driving around with all the crazies driving around these days! lol I am a former US Marine & retired hvac business owner, so I am not easily impressed. I recognize and truly appreciate not only great product knowledge & service but also people whose business philosophy embodies the words of one of my mentors, the great Zig Zigler: " People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care" To Kevin & all the good folks at Marion Tire, I am impressed! Thank you , Michael Walker ps. NOT from San Fran. Ca.
