Their prices were reasonable and they took the time to additionally discuss potential problems and solutions I may come across with my older car. From the time I first talked to Chris on the phone until the time I pulled my car out he was absolutely hands down the most trusted and humble person that's ever worked on my vehicle.... He's just one of those rare people that you very seldom meet anymore that goes out of his way to help another. Especially, when you drive up and the first thing he does is open the hood and looks at my issue and said without hesitation... no worries that's a quick fix!!!.....and believe he stopped everything he was doing to fix my car..... and when I ask him if he worked on German made vehicles very often he humbling said I sure do....I'm a BMW certified specialist..... he even checked out some extra things to make sure it was safe for me to drive to Asheville to pick up my son. I had no idea because I don't check my messages often--only when I need information from a sender. When I finally did, I realized he had messaged me eight months ago. When I didn't respond and later blocked him, within just 25 hours, he went back and edited his reply on my review to be even more aggressive. This feels obsessive and unsettling. They should have just left my review--and me--alone. Honestly, I feel really uncomfortable and even scared. Businesses have addresses on file and with this much retaliation, I'm a little scared
