Every time I called, I was met with attitude instead of answers. They gave inconsistent information, refused to provide any real help, and acted like any question I asked was an inconvenience. The way they handle people's property is careless and unprofessional. Instead of trying to work with me or explain the process clearly, they made everything harder and more stressful than it needed to be. The lack of respect and transparency here is unbelievable. If you're looking for a company that communicates clearly, treats customers decently, and actually tries to help, go anywhere else.

At first the messages came and went. Within a few days they appeared every time the auto stop feature engaged at red lights. I brought the car back on 11/20. Almen charged almost 200 dollars to reset codes in the system. These codes were tied to the braking system, which is the same area they worked on. The car had no computer issues before the original service. I should not have been charged to correct a problem that began right after their work. The experience was disappointing.
