We called at least 10 businesses trying to get help without success. This man came out, removed the wheel, took it to his shop and replaced the tire so that we still had a spare, and put the wheel back on. The price he charged for the tire was the same as we usually pay and the service call was totally reasonable. He was pleasant and polite. We are both in our 70's and changing this in 90+ degree heat was not an option. If he had not come out, our only option would be a huge towing fee to pull the trailer to a shop. It was proof that compassionate, ethical and competent people still exist.

Time passed and I never found the time to get to it. The rear brakes started making noise so I decided just to take it in. I called for an appointment and told them I wanted an oil change, brake fluid change and the rear brakes done. I told them I had the brake parts and the lady on the phone said they could not warranty it if they used outside parts and I said fine, that's OK and made the appointment. I showed up the day of my appointment and brought someone to give me a ride home. When I told them I had the brake parts they told me "we don't install outside parts" . If they had told me that on the phone I would not have wasted everybody's time. I went to Carpenters automotive instead and they had no problems doing the work.
